Mounting jig for manufacturing tiling display device, and tiling display device and manufacturing method therefor
The present disclosure relates to a mounting jig for manufacturing a tiling display device and a manufacturing method of a tiling display device using the same. A mounting jig for manufacturing a tiling display device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a supporting member; a plurality of jig magnets fixed to the supporting member; a hinge structure configured to rotate the plurality of jig magnets; and a guard rail rotating in response to rotation of the plurality of jig magnets and reducing damage caused during detachment or attachment. Therefore, when the mounting jig is attached to a display device, a safety distance can be secured by the guard rail disposed between the display device and the jig magnets and the mounting jig can be slowly attached to the display device without giving an impact to the display device.
Magnet
The present invention relates to a magnet, which comprises a body and a slide arranged to be movable relative to the body between a first and a second position. The slide comprises a permanent magnet, and a cylindrical first pole piece and a second pole piece, which are attached to opposite magnetic pole surfaces of the permanent magnet. The body comprises a first and a second section made of magnetic material and being separated from each other by a third section that is made of non-magnetic material. The first section comprises a cylindrical recess into which the slide is movably arranged so that, at the first position of the slide, the cylindrical first pole piece, the permanent magnet and at least part of the second pole piece are located inside the cylindrical recess, and at the second position of the slide, at least part of the cylindrical first pole piece is located inside the cylindrical recess and the second pole piece is located outside the cylindrical
Magnet and method for handling metal sheets
The present invention relates to a magnet, which comprises a body and a slide that is movably arranged inside a cavity of the body. The slide that comprises a permanent magnet is moved relative to the body by transferring a medium into and out of the cavity. The invention also relates to a method for handling metal sheets.
Magnet and actuator
The present invention provides a magnet, which comprises a body having a first and a second section, and a slide arranged to be movable relative to the body between a first and a second position. The slide comprises a permanent magnet, and a first and a second pole piece that are attached to opposite magnetic pole surfaces of the permanent magnet. The first section comprises a hole that opens into a first cavity of the body, the bottom of the first cavity being delimited at least partly by the second section. The slide is movably arranged in the hole so that the second pole piece is directed towards the bottom of the first cavity, wherein at the first position of the slide, magnetic flux generated by the permanent magnet is short-circuited by the first section, and at the second position of the slide, magnetic flux generated by the permanent magnet is directed through the first and the second section.
Electro-permanent magnetic attachment of a vehicle to an object
An apparatus and method for attaching a crawler vehicle to the surface of an object. The crawler vehicle may comprise a frame, a number of moveable surface-engaging components attached to the frame, a number of actuators, and an electro-permanent magnet. The number of actuators is operable to move the frame with respect to the object when the number of moveable surface-engaging components is in contact with the surface of the object. The electro-permanent magnet is operable to hold the number of moveable surface-engaging components in contact with the surface of the object by a magnetic force between the electro-permanent magnet and the object when the electro-permanent magnet is activated and to remove the magnetic force when the electro-permanent magnet is deactivated to release the number of moveable surface-engaging components from the surface of the object.
VARIABLE FIELD MAGNETIC COUPLERS AND METHODS FOR ENGAGING A FERROMAGNETIC WORKPIECE
Magnetic coupling devices are disclosed which may be configured in at least three states. The various states may be provided through one or more of altering a position of a permanent magnet relative to another permanent magnet and altering a current level in a coil surrounding a permanent magnet.
Magnetic coupling device
A magnetic device for magnetically coupling to a ferromagnetic body, comprises a housing having a central bore. A plurality of pole sectors arranged within an envelope of the central bore and forming a workpiece contact interface of the magnetic device, each of the plurality of pole sectors comprising a plurality of spaced-apart pole portions arranged at respective distances, wherein a recess of a plurality of recesses separates each pole portion of the plurality of pole portions, wherein a first sector forms a first pole of the magnetic device and a second sector forms a second pole of the magnetic device. A first permanent magnet. A second permanent being moveable relative to the first permanent magnet. And, an actuator operatively coupled to the at least one second permanent magnet to move the at least one second permanent magnet relative to the at least one first permanent magnet.
Magnetic coupling device with at least one of a sensor arrangement and a degauss capability
Magnetic coupling devices are disclosed having magnetic field sensors. The magnetic coupling device may include degaussing coils wrapped about pole extension shoes of the magnetic coupling device.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR ALIGNING POGO PIN
Disclosed is an apparatus for aligning a pogo pin, including: a seating unit configured to support and seat a lower end portion of the pogo pin on an upper surface thereof; a lower magnet configured to provide a magnetic force from below the seating unit so that the pogo pin can maintain a standing state on the seating unit; and a posture adjuster provided above the pogo pin and configured to adjust the posture of the pogo pin based on the magnetic force. The apparatus for aligning the pogo pin according to the disclosure has an effect on quickly and accurately aligning the pogo pin in a non-contact manner.
Gravity clean-off magnetic sweeper apparatus
A gravity clean-off magnetic sweeper apparatus that connects to the front of industrial equipment or industrial vehicles where a bucket would normally go. The magnetic sweeper is lifted off the ground slightly and driven around an area to pick up metal debris. The collected debris is then cleaned off of the bottom of the invention by lifting it with the machine and pivoting it downward. As the magnetic sweeper is pivoted downward, the mass of the magnets, which is greater than its attraction force to the metal debris attached to the pan in between the magnet and the debris, allows the magnet to hang vertically, as the pan is forced away from the magnet. This removes the metal debris away from the magnetic field and allows it to fall from the magnetic sweeper.
