DC high-voltage relay, and contact material for DC high-voltage relay
A DC high-voltage relay with at least one contact pair including a movable contact and a fixed contact, the contact pair having a contact force and/or an opening force of 100 gf or more, having a rated voltage of 48 V or more, the movable contact and/or the fixed contact includes a Ag oxide-based contact material. Metal components contain at least one metal M essentially containing Zn, and a balance being Ag and inevitable impurity metals, and the contact material has a content of the metal M of 0.2% by mass or more and 8% by mass or less based on a total mass. The contact material has a material structure in which one or more oxides of the metal M having an average particle size of 0.01 m or more and 0.4 m or less are dispersed in a matrix including Ag or a Ag alloy.
Silver electrolyte for depositing dispersion silver layers and contact surfaces with dispersion silver layers
The invention relates to a silver electrolyte for the deposition of silver layers on substrates, which comprises potassium silver cyanide, potassium cyanide with a content of at least 10 g/L, at least one grain refiner with a content of 0.2 to 10 g/L, at least one dispersant with a content of 1 to 10 g/L and at least one solid component with a content of 1 to 150 g/L, wherein the particles of the solid component have an average particle size (d.sub.50) of 10 nm-100 m. Furthermore, contact surfaces and methods for the deposition of such contact surfaces are shown and the use of the electrolyte according to the invention in strip electroplating.
Contact material for thermal fuse and thermosensitive pellet-type thermal fuse using the same
Problem To maintain a low internal resistance value and adjust spring characteristics by using a movable contact made of a multilayered material. Means for Solving Problem A thermosensitive pellet-type thermal fuse includes, in an interior of a cylindrical case having electrical conductivity, a thermosensitive pellet that melts or softens at a temperature, a strong compression spring configured to press the thermosensitive pellet, an insulating cover closing the cylindrical case, a weak compression spring abutting against the insulating cover, a first lead extending through the insulating cover and including an inner end as a fixed contact, a movable contact electrically connecting to the first lead and the cylindrical case, a sealing resin provided surrounding a portion of the first lead and covering an outer end portion of the insulating cover, and sealing an open end portion of the cylindrical case, and a second lead disposed at one end of the cylindrical case. The movable contact includes a conductive base material and a conductive member covering a predetermined surface of the conductive base material. The conductive member is provided to contact portions with the fixed contact and an inner wall surface of the cylindrical case, and is made of a material having a Young's modulus and a rigidity different from those of the conductive base material.
