High-voltage direct-current relay and assembly method therefor
A high-voltage direct-current relay includes two stationary contacts and a movable assembly, the movable assembly including a movable spring part, a main spring and a pushing rod assembly. The pushing rod assembly is composed of a pushing rod part and a U-shaped basket as two separate parts, the pushing rod part includes a fixing piece and a pushing rod fixed together with insulating plastic. The movable spring part and the U-shaped basket are mounted on the top of the pushing rod part, the two ends of the fixing piece are secured to the bottom of the side part of the U-shaped basket. The main spring is tightened between the bottom surface of the movable spring part and the insulating plastic of the pushing rod part, and the movable spring of the movable spring part is pressed to the inner side of the top part of the U-shaped basket.
HIGH-VOLTAGE DC RELAY
A high-voltage DC relay of the present disclosure, including a housing, two main lead-out terminals, a main movable piece and a pushing rod component; and the relay further including two auxiliary lead-out terminals, an auxiliary movable spring, and an insulating partition plate, the two auxiliary lead-out terminals are respectively installed on the same side of a connecting line of the two main lead-out terminals corresponding to the top of the housing, and bottoms of the two auxiliary lead-out terminals are respectively located in the housing; the auxiliary movable spring is insulated from the movable assembly and fixed to the movable assembly through the insulating partition plate, so as to follow a movement of the movable assembly to achieve bridging with the two auxiliary lead-out terminals.
Rotary switch device
A rotary switch device includes a terminal base to which a center portion contact and a fixed contact are fixed, a rotation operation member which is operable to rotate around the center portion contact with respect to the terminal base, a plate-like movable contact member which includes a contact protrusion part and a contact surface and which is held in the rotation operation member so as to short-circuit between the center portion contact and the fixed contact at a conductive rotation position, and a compression coil spring of a barrel type.
Direct current relay
The present disclosure relates to a direct current relay having a mover assembly having improved contact pressure. In one embodiment, a direct current relay comprises a pair of fixed contactors and a movable contactor which is moved up and down by an actuator to come into contact with or be separated from the pair of fixed contactors, comprises: a mover support disposed below the movable contactor and connected to the actuator by a shaft; a mover holder disposed above the movable contactor and fixed to the mover support; an upper yoke and a lower yoke disposed above and below the movable contactor to generate an electromagnetic force, respectively; and a contact pressure spring disposed between the lower yoke and the mover support, wherein the upper yoke and the lower yoke form a magnetic path to offset an electron repulsive force generated between the fixed contactors and the movable contactor.
Contact slide unit for a switching unit
The disclosure relates to a contact slide unit for a switching unit, including a contact slide inside which a movable contact piece is guided, wherein the contact piece is biased from one side by a contact load spring. The disclosure also relates to a method for assembling the contact slide unit. The disclosure is characterized in that the movable contact piece is mounted in a winding interstice between two windings of the contact load spring.
RELAY
A relay has a first fixed contact, a second fixed contact, a movable touch piece including a first movable contact that is disposed facing the first fixed contact, and a second movable contact that is disposed facing the second fixed contact, the movable touch piece being disposed so as to be movable in a direction in which the first movable contact and the second movable contact come into contact with the first fixed contact and the second fixed contact and in a direction in which the first movable contact and the second movable contact separate from the first fixed contact and the second fixed contact, a holder configured to hold the movable touch piece, a drive shaft connected to the holder, and a drive device configured to move the drive shaft in a movement direction of the movable touch piece.

A component group of a relay comprises a separation component formed from an electrically insulating material and having a receptacle receiving an armature of the relay and a plurality of receiving connection elements adapted to plugged together with a switching bridge carrier of the relay. A switching bridge of the relay is arranged on the switching bridge carrier. The separation component galvanically separates the armature and the switching bridge.
SWITCHING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR OPERATING A SWITCHING DEVICE
A switching device comprises a first and a second fixed contact, a contact bridge, a first and a second movable contact arranged at the contact bridge, at least one contact spring, a contact bridge carrier which is movable and is coupled to the contact bridge via the at least one contact spring and a lever arm connected to the contact bridge or the contact bridge carrier and configured to slow down a movement of the contact bridge relative to the contact bridge carrier in case of a short circuit.

A high-voltage DC relay of the present disclosure, including a housing, two main lead-out terminals, a main movable piece and a pushing rod component; and the relay further including two auxiliary lead-out terminals, an auxiliary movable spring, and an insulating partition plate, the insulating partition plate is disposed in a vertical plane on a side of the main movable piece, the auxiliary movable spring is on a side of the insulating partition plate opposite the main movable piece, and is disposed along the vertical direction, the insulating partition plate is configured to completely isolate the main movable piece and the auxiliary movable spring; the auxiliary movable spring is insulated from the movable assembly and fixed to the movable assembly through the insulating partition plate, so as to follow a movement of the movable assembly to achieve bridging with the two auxiliary lead-out terminals.
