SWITCH
Provided is a switch that can be downsized. A switch is provided with a plunger, and an upper torsion spring configured to bias the plunger in a returning direction. The torsion spring has a first arm that extends to the plunger and abuts against the plunger. The plunger has a hole at a position into which the first arm is inserted. The hole is a through hole extending in a direction that is perpendicular to a direction in which the plunger moves, and is the same as a direction in which the first arm extends when viewed in the direction in which the plunger moves.
SWITCH
Provided is a switch with excellent operability. A switch is provided with a plunger, a lower torsion spring in which a biasing direction changes according to the movement of the plunger. The lower torsion spring biases the plunger in a returning direction when the plunger is in a reference position, and biases the plunger in a direction different from the returning direction when the plunger is in an operation position.
SWITCH
Provided is a switch that can reliably bring contacts into contact with each other with a small load, and can be prevented from malfunctioning. A switch is provided with a plunger, a lower torsion spring in which a biasing direction changes according to the movement of the plunger. The lower torsion spring biases the plunger in an opposite direction to a returning direction when the plunger is in the operation position, and biases the plunger in a direction different from the opposite direction to the returning direction when the plunger is in the reference position.
ELECTROMECHANICAL CIRCUIT BREAKER
An electromechanical circuit breaker comprising a main contact pair comprising a first main contact disposed on a first main contact bridge; an auxiliary contact pair comprising a first auxiliary contact disposed on a first auxiliary contact bridge, the first auxiliary contact bridge being connected in parallel to the first main contact bridge and wherein the auxiliary contact pair comprises a material that has a higher melting point than a material of the main contact pair; a first armature configured to move the first main contact bridge; a second armature configured to move the first auxiliary contact bridge, wherein the first and second armatures are configured such that the auxiliary contact pair opens after the main contact pair opens, and the auxiliary contact pair closes before the main contact pair closes.
RELAY
A relay includes a pair of static contact leading-out terminals; a plurality of movable contact pieces, two ends of each of the movable contact pieces along a first direction is configured to contact with or separate from the pair of static contact leading-out terminals; the first direction is an arrangement direction of the pair of static contact leading-out terminals; wherein a contact gap between at least one of the plurality of movable contact pieces and the static contact leading-out terminal is smaller than contact gaps between remaining movable contact pieces of the plurality of movable contact pieces and the static contact leading-out terminal; and an anti-short circuit structure for forming suction forces on the plurality of movable contact pieces in a contact closing direction; wherein the suction force on the movable contact piece with a smaller contact gap is smaller than the suction forces on the remaining movable contact pieces.
Switching device for direct current applications
A switching device for direct current applications having a first switching chamber for a first current path and a second switching chamber for a second current path, each current path having a switching contact arrangement having a first and second contact, wherein both the contacts, switched-on, come into contact with each other and, switched-off, are kept out of contact with each other by the creation of an isolation gap; a current path having an extinguishing device to extinguish an arc created between the contacts; an arc driver arrangement, arranged in one of the two switching chambers, and which creates a magnetic field at least in the area of the switching contact arrangement for the relevant current path that drives the arc into the relevant extinguishing device.
Disconnect device with interlock mechanism
A fusible disconnect switch includes a switch housing, and a first fuse contact member and a second fuse contact member coupled to the switch housing, each of the first fuse contact member and the second fuse contact member configured to engage and complete an electrical connection through an overcurrent protection fuse. The fusible disconnect switch further includes a switch contact including a parallel contact configuration. An interlock is operatively coupled to the first fuse contact member and a switch that operates the switch contact, the interlock configured to inhibit movement of the switch from the OFF position to the ON position when the first fuse contact member is unsecured to the switch housing, and inhibit movement of the first fuse contact member relative to the switch housing when the switch is in the ON position.
ELECTRIC CURRENT SWITCH
An electric current switch includes first and second fixed electrical contacts electrically connected; a movable single side electrical contact configured to make single side connection to and disconnect from the first fixed electrical contact for making and breaking electrical current in the electric current switch; and a movable second electrical contact configured to move in contact with the second fixed electrical contact subsequent to the making of current and to disconnect from the second fixed electrical contact before the breaking of electric current. An electrical connection between the movable second electrical contact and the second fixed electrical contact is by a double side contact connecting in a slot.
