Switch device comprising two switches which share a common conductor
A switch device and a cooking device having a switch device. The switch device may include a first switch configured to be opened or closed based on contact or non-contact between a first blade and a second blade; a second switch configured to be opened and closed based on contact or non-contact between a third blade and a fourth blade; a housing that accommodates the first switch and the second switch therein; and an actuator disposed in the housing and actuated to selectively open and close the first switch and the second switch.
Electric Switch of the Normally Open Type
An electric switch of the normally open type includes a body made of insulating material, an actuator that is moveable between a high rest position and a low active contact position, a first elastically deformable contact blade supported by the body, and a second elastically deformable contact blade supported by the body. A first contact section of the first contact blade extends above a second contact section of the second contact blade. The first and second contact sections are superposed and are vertically distanced from each other when the actuator is in high rest position, and are in mutual electrical contact when the actuator is in low position so as to establish an electrical switching path.
Electrical Switching Element Comprising A Direct Armature Coupling
An electrical switch includes a coil assembly, an armature rotatable about an axis of rotation and driven by the coil assembly, and a contact assembly having a contact spring directly connected to the armature. The contact spring is a spring pack including a plurality of springs. At least one of the springs of the spring pack is formed of a first material and at least another one of the springs of the spring pack is formed of a second material different from the first material.

Provided is a terminal of a relay constituted by an assembly of a plurality of members, with which plastic deformation can be prevented, and a relay including the terminal. A movable terminal of the relay is constituted by an assembly of a first member having two legs, and a second member having a contact, wherein the second member has at least three holes, the first member has at least three protrusions which are individually inserted into and crimped in the at least three holes, and an intermediate hole among the at least three holes is arranged so as to be positioned on the side opposite the contact with respect to a straight line that contacts the edges of the outermost holes on the side close to the contact.

A contact mechanism includes: a movable touch piece that includes a caulking portion, a pair of arms forked from the caulking portion and respectively having free ends, first and second movable contacts provided at the respective free ends of the pair of arms, and a coupler configured to couple the free ends of the pair of arms; and first and second fixed contacts disposed respectively facing the first and second movable contacts contactably to or separably from the first and second movable contacts.

A contact mechanism includes: a movable touch piece that includes a caulking portion, a pair of arms forked from the caulking portion and respectively having free ends, first and second movable contacts provided at the respective free ends of the pair of arms, and a coupler configured to couple the free ends of the pair of arms; and first and second fixed contacts disposed respectively facing the first and second movable contacts contactably to or separably from the first and second movable contacts.
Electromagnetic relay
An electromagnetic relay includes a base, an electromagnet block fixed to the base, an armature which reciprocates when the electromagnet block is switched between an excitation state and a non-excitation state, and a card which slides in association with the movement of the armature. The base includes a rail portion which guides the card upon sliding, and the card includes a slide portion which slides along the rail portion. The rail portion includes a stopper portion which prevents disengagement of the slide portion from the rail portion.
Electromagnetic relay
An electromagnetic relay includes a base, an electromagnet block fixed to the base, an armature which reciprocates when the electromagnet block is switched between an excitation state and a non-excitation state, and a card which slides in association with the movement of the armature. The base includes a rail portion which guides the card upon sliding, and the card includes a slide portion which slides along the rail portion. The rail portion includes a stopper portion which prevents disengagement of the slide portion from the rail portion.
