EARPHONE DEVICE AND SOUND-REPRODUCING SYSTEM USING THE SAME
An earphone device includes first and second earphone bodies into which respective electro-acoustic transducers are built; first and second cables, one end of each of which is connected to the respective earphone body and within each of which a switch member to be turned on by one-way press is disposed over a predetermined range along the length direction of the cable so that the cable has switch functions; wherein a switch is shunted into two switches by the first and second cables, portions of the first and second cables having switch functions are arranged one on top of the other, and an overlapped portion is unidirectionally pressed to simultaneously turn on the respective switches. In addition, a sound-reproducing system is configured by combining a mobile terminal which operates in conjunction with this earphone device.
SWITCH-CONTAINING CABLE
A switch-containing cable when bended does not conduct electricity, but conducts electricity when pressurized with fingers. The cable has belt-like first and second oppositely disposed conductor films including respective first and second belt-like base materials on inner surfaces of which respective first and conductors are disposed; an insulating spacer arranged to maintain a gap therebetween; and a belt-like sheath configured with the first and second conductor films sandwiching the spacer and containing a belt-like conductor film functioning as a switch member in a hollow cavity. The first conductor film constituting the belt-like conductor film is movably overlaid on the insulating spacer, and the hollow cavity of the sheath includes a gap allowing for lengthwise relative displacement of at least the first belt-like base material caused by bending the sheath with respect to the belt-like conductor film housed in the hollow cavity, thereby preventing the cable from conducting electricity when bended.
Hospital bed obstacle detection apparatus
A hospital bed obstacle detection device and related method for detecting an obstacle between first and second components of a hospital bed is provided.
Protector with sensor and method of molding end part of the same
A protector with a sensor is installed on a sliding door for detecting an object by touch between two core wires in a hollow part. In a terminal part of the protector with the sensor, the core wires drawn out are connected with leads joined with a control unit. A primary seal is formed by means of injection molding for covering wire connection parts and another end side of an insert while also covering a skin of a wire harness which ties and coats the two leads. A secondary seal is formed by means of the injection molding for coating a part formed with the primary seal and for forming an external shape of a product.
Multi-modal sensing transducers
A multi-modal sensing transducer may include a force concentrator having an external sensing surface. The multi-modal sensing transducer may also include at least one electrode coupled to the force concentrator. Further, the multi-modal sensing transducer may include at least one force sensitive element disposed adjacent to the at least one electrode. Moreover, the multi-modal sensing transducer may include at least one air gap disposed between the at least one electrode and the at least one force sensitive element.
Switch strip, safety sensor strip and production method thereof, and also anti-trap protection
The invention relates to a switch strip (10) for an apparatus for detecting an obstruction (210) in the movement range (221) of a closure element (220), in particular of an automotive vehicle (200). The switch strip (10) has an inner electrode (20), an outer electrode (30) approximately concentrically surrounding the inner electrode (20) at a distance (D), and a space (40) filled with air, which is arranged between the outer electrode (30) and the inner electrode (20) and which is dielectric. Furthermore, the switch strip (10) has a spacer (50) which is deformable in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction. The spacer (50) spaces and insulates the two electrodes (20, 30) from one another. The outer electrode (30) is deformable by a force (F) applied from the outside. The deformation of the outer electrode (30) is able to at least in portions bring the inner electrode (20) and the outer electrode (30) into contact with each other. Such a switch strip (10) is also referred to as a tactile switch strip (10).
TOUCH SENSOR AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A touch sensor includes a hollow tubular member that is elastic and insulative; and a first electrode wire and a second electrode wire held in the tubular member while being separated from each other. The first electrode wire and the second electrode wire contact with each other by elastic deformation when receiving an external pressure to the tubular member. The first electrode wire and the second electrode wire extend parallel to a central axis of the tubular member. A shape of a gap between the first electrode wire and the second electrode wire in a cross section orthogonal to the central axis of the tubular member is non-linear.
Cable switch
A cable switch comprising a first base member of a band shape provided with a conductor on an inner surface and a second base member facing the first base member, and including a flat positive electrode and a negative electrode, the positive electrode being provided on one side of an inner surface thereof and the negative electrode being provided on another side of the inner surface, a gap being formed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode for separating and insulating the positive electrode and the negative electrode from each other.
