Switch device
A switch device has a circuit unit that forms an electric circuit that detects at least one of disconnection and a short circuit of a wiring connecting an external device and the switch device, two terminals connected to the electric circuit, and configured to be connected to the wiring, a contact mechanism that moves in a movable direction to switch on and off of a contact of the electric circuit, and a circuit board on which the circuit unit, the two terminals, and the contact mechanism are disposed. The electric circuit comprises at least one resistive element. The circuit unit and the contact mechanism are disposed on an identical surface side of the circuit board. The resistive element is disposed in a direction perpendicular to the movable direction of the contact mechanism when viewed from at least a part of a movable range of the contact mechanism.
Fenestration unit monitoring devices and methods
Fenestration unit monitoring devices described herein are configured to retrofit an existing fenestration unit lock assembly to incorporate components that are capable of monitoring the locked or unlocked status of the existing fenestration unit lock assembly and/or the panel position status of a movable panel of the fenestration unit. The fenestration unit monitoring devices include a monitor housing configured for mounting on the surface of a frame member on which a fenestration unit lock assembly is already mounted. The monitor housing of the fenestration unit monitoring device includes a lock cavity such that a portion of the fenestration unit lock assembly is located in the lock cavity formed between the monitor housing and the surface of a frame member to which the monitor housing is mounted.
LOCKING/UNLOCKING STRUCTURE OF SWITCH DEVICE
A locking/unlocking structure of switch device includes a main body and an operation button. The main body is formed with a first stop section and a second stop section. The main body defines a chamber, in which a reaction drum and a wire connection module are assembled. A first elastic unit is disposed between the reaction drum and the main body for making the reaction drum positioned in an initial assembling position, (where the wire connection module is in a closed-circuit state). The reaction drum is assembled with a restriction unit and a second elastic unit. When the reaction drum moves in response to the motion of the operation button, the second elastic unit will force the restriction unit to move from the first stop section to the second stop section so as to control the wire connection module into an open-circuit state.
SAFETY APPARATUS, SYSTEM AND PROCESS
Safety apparatus comprising a safety switch and an actuator designed to be associated with a movable guard and to interact with each other upon the opening and closing of said movable guard. The safety switch comprises switching means designed to turn between an active state and an inactive state, a locking mechanism for locking the actuator in contact with the safety switch, a control unit connected to the locking mechanism and to the switching means for controlling the same. The safety switch also comprises a main reset member for transmitting a main reset signal to the control unit.
DOOR LOCKING DEVICE FOR HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES
The present invention relates to a door locking device (1) for household appliances. The device according to the present invention allows to detect a door closing or opening condition, to actuate, only with the door closed, an electromagnetic actuator (40) that triggers door locking means and a respective switch (50), and finally to detect the door locking condition. The operation of the door lock required by current safety standards is obtained here by means of an architecture of the door lock which allows to simplify the architecture of the door lock itself, in particular by reducing the connecting contacts (10, 20) with the household appliance to only two.
Machine tool and machine tool system
A machine tool includes: a door that opens and closes an opening in a shield cover surrounding a machining chamber; an electromagnetic lock device that includes dual-system switches that detect an open/closed state of the door, and that can lock the door in a closed state; a door position detection unit that detects a position of the door; and a report unit that monitors states of the dual-system switches of the electromagnetic lock device and suggests maintenance of the door when the states differ from each other for a predetermined period of time and when the door position detection unit detects that the door is not in a closed position.
Latch bolt and strike plate with electrical conductor
A door latch includes a latch bolt and strike plate capable of transferring electricity therebetween. The latch bolt and strike plate may each include one or more complementary electrical leads such that electrical power and/or electrical signals may flow between the complementary electrical leads, when the electrical leads are in contact with one another.
SAFETY SWITCH FOR ACCESS CONTROL
A safety switch for controlling the access to industrial machines or plants comprises a switching device (2) housing switching means and an actuator device (3) having an operating pin (8) to interact with the switching means upon the opening/closing of the access, a locking/unlocking mechanism (14) housed in the switching device (2) and provided with a locking pin (15) movable between a locking position and an unlocking position of the access, an operating pin (8) associated with the actuator device (3) to interact with the locking pin (15) to hold the actuator device (3) fastened to said switching device (2), which, in turn, houses a locking element with controlled deformation, mechanically connected to the locking pin (15) and sized to deform plastically upon the application on the locking pin (15) of a deformation stress higher than a predetermined threshold value.
ECONOMIZING CONTACT WITH ADJUSTABLE STOP
Economizing contact includes a fixed part, a part movable along a main direction, between a contact position and a break position, and an elastic blade attached to the fixed part forms an electric contact, as well as a stop mounted on the movable part and arranged for being away from the blade and coming to bear on the blade when the movable part is in contact position. The fixed part defines an orifice for passage of the stop facing the blade, where the orifice has an inner section substantially identical to an outer section of the stop, where the stop is movably mounted in translation in a plane on the movable part.
