CHARGING RAM ASSEMBLY, AND PIN ASSEMBLY AND SECURING METHOD THEREFOR
A pin assembly is for a charging ram assembly of an electrical switching apparatus. The charging ram assembly has a biasing element, a ram member structured to bias the biasing element, and a plate member. The pin assembly includes a pin member structured to extend through the biasing element and the plate member, the pin member having an end portion; a first collar member and a second collar member coupled to the end portion; and a securing apparatus including a retaining member coupled to the first collar member and the second collar member in order to prevent the pin member from moving with respect to the first collar member and the second collar member.
SPRING OPERATION DEVICE OF CIRCUIT BREAKER
A spring operation device includes a closing shaft rotating to apply closing driving force to a movable contactor of a circuit breaker; a breaking shaft connected to the closing shaft in an axial direction and rotating to apply breaking driving force to the movable contactor of a circuit breaker; a plurality of springs having one ends connected to the closing shaft and the breaking shaft and the other ends fixed in position and provided along circumferences of the closing shaft and the breaking shaft in order to transmit elastic restoring force to the closing shaft and the breaking shaft to rotate the closing shaft and the breaking shaft; and a power transmission unit connecting the closing shaft and the breaking shaft when a closing operation is performed and releasing a connection between the closing shaft and the breaking shaft when a breaking operation is performed.
Control device of the spring type particularly for a high-voltage or medium-voltage circuit breaker or switch
The control device possesses a rigid main part combining most of the functional elements of this type of control device. It is made up of two portions of a rotary shaft, having placed between them a cam and a support arm that are connected together by a pivot that is offset relative to the axis of rotation. A toothed wheel having an inner set of teeth is placed around the support arm that is provided with a rachet system. The toothed wheel has an outer set of teeth-driven by a motor, via an intermediate gearwheel. The pivot controls the compression of the actuator spring by the assembly rotating. The device is applicable to high and medium voltage circuit breakers and switches.
Spring control device for a circuit breaker
For application to medium- and high-voltage circuit breakers, the control device makes it possible to actuate opening of the circuit breakers used in the medium- and high-voltage networks very quickly. The spring used in the control device is a spring of the composite type, having a curved C- or -shape. The spring has a stationary first end and a movable second end that is pivotally connected to the end of a lever device, that is itself constrained to rotate with the drive shaft of the control device.
Balance spring assembly for disconnector
A balance spring assembly for a disconnector comprises a push rod partially and coaxially arranged in a blade of the disconnector which is rotatable about a first shaft to change an operation status of the disconnector, a first end of the push rod fixed to a second shaft so that the push rod is rotatable about the second shaft; and a spring arranged in the blade and around the push rod, the spring held between a second end of the push rod and an end of the blade adjacent to the first shaft, wherein the second shaft is arranged parallel to the first shaft to enable the push rod to axially move in the blade with a rotation of the blade to thereby compress or decompress the spring. By arranging the balance spring assembly at least in part in the blade of the disconnector, only one set of the springs is needed.
Limit switch
The invention relates to a limit switch comprising: a body (1) and a head (2), an actuation member (3), a shaft (30) that can be actuated in rotation about an axis of rotation (Y) by pivoting of the actuation member (3), a plunger (4), a cam mechanism for converting the rotational movement of the shaft (30) into a translational movement of the plunger (4) and vice versa, the cam mechanism comprising: a first cam (7) and a first cam follower (70), arranged to generate between them a first non-zero rotational torque over a first range of rotation of the shaft (30), a second cam (8) and a second cam follower (80), arranged to generate between them a second non-zero rotational torque over a second range of rotation of the shaft.
Automatic drop-out and reset of a vacuum interrupter device in a cutout mounting
An actuation assembly that is part of and operates to open and close a cut-out mounted switching device. The actuation assembly includes components that cause the switching device to be released from an upper coupling assembly when the actuation assembly opens the switching device and causes the switching device to be closed when the switching device is dropping out of the coupling assembly.
