SWITCH APPARATUS FOR ENCLOSURES HAVING ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Switch apparatus for enclosures having environmental protection are disclosed. In one example, an apparatus includes a housing having a first cavity and a second cavity, and a mounting plate coupled to the housing. The mounting plate is to cover the first and second cavities. An indicator light is coupled to the mounting plate adjacent the first cavity, and a hand-operated switch coupled to the mounting plate adjacent the second cavity.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE WITH KEY MODULE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
An electronic device according to the present disclosure includes: a housing including a first plate directed in a first direction, a second plate facing a second direction opposite the first direction, and a side member that encloses at least a portion of a space between the first plate and the second plate; a display disposed to be exposed through a first region of the first plate; a first opening formed in a second region of the first plate that is located adjacent to the display; a button structure disposed through the first opening, in which the button structure includes a cover layer exposed to an outside of the housing, an annular structure that encloses at least a portion of the cover layer when viewed from above the cover layer, and a fingerprint recognizing member enclosed by the annular structure and including a fingerprint recognizing pad including a plurality of conductive lines formed to recognize a fingerprint when a user's finger comes in contact with the cover layer, and a circuit region including conductive paths connected to at least some of the plurality of conductive lines; and a lower plate connected to the annular structure. The cover layer, the annular structure, and the lower plate are configured to substantially enclose the fingerprint recognizing member, and the lower plate includes a second opening that communicates with at least a portion of the circuit region.
Method of manufacturing a switch
A switch includes a case, fixed electrodes, a movable electrode and a pressing member. The fixed electrodes and the movable electrode are arranged inside the recess. The pressing member is arranged so as to cover at least a part of the recess, and displaces the movable electrode from the second position to the first position by a pressing force from the outside. The pressing member includes a first bent part and a second bent part, and a deforming part disposed therebetween. The deforming part is opposed to the movable electrode with a gap in a state where the movable electrode is in the second position. The deforming part is configured to be flexibly deformed toward the outside of the case in a state where the movable electrode is in the first position in which the fixed electrodes are in a conductive state.
Trigger switch
A trigger switch has a case member, a cover member, and an operation member configured to be used to carry out an operation. The case member and the cover member are combined with each other to form a waterproof case. When the operation member is operated, the operation member is displaced inward of the waterproof case. An internal pressure of the waterproof case changes in accordance with displacement of the operation member. The case member has a case base that is made from an inelastic body. The case base does not deform in accordance with a change in internal pressure of the waterproof case. The case base has at least one hole part. The case member has at least one deformation section that seals the at least one hole part. The deformation section is made from an elastic body.
ELECTRONIC APPARATUS
An electronic apparatus is disclosed. An electronic apparatus comprises a housing, a press switch, a push button, and a cable. The press switch is located in the housing. The push button is a button for pressing the press switch. The cable connects a first electronic part located in the push button to a second electronic part located closer to the inside than the first electronic part and located in the housing. The cable has a fixed portion that is part of the cable between the first electronic part and the second electronic part and that is fixed to the housing. The push button does not face the fixed portion in a direction in which the push button moves by being pushed.
Waterproof button structure
A waterproof button structure includes a housing, a button cap, a plurality of waterproof elements and a fastening member. The housing has a first surface and a second surface, and is formed with a pair of through holes and a groove. The button cap is capable of correspondingly moving a long a normal direction of the first surface of the housing, and includes a pair of button shafts respectively inserted in the pair of through holes. The waterproof elements are disposed between the button shafts and the through holes. The fastening member is assembled to the button shafts and is disposed correspondingly to the second surface. The fastening member includes a bent portion. The bent portion is disposed in protrusion towards the groove and includes a protrusion. When the button cap is pressed, the protrusion is abutted against a press switch.
ELECTRICAL PUSHBUTTON SWITCH
A switch includes a pushbutton comprising an actuating portion, a first fixed contact element and a first movable contact element facing the first fixed contact element for establishing a first switching way. The first movable contact element may include a movable portion of a first elastically deformable conductive blade. The actuating portion may include a first cam which cooperates with a cam follower portion of the first blade to deform or relax the first blade for longitudinally moving the first movable contact element to come into contact, or out of contact, with the portion of the first fixed contact element, depending on the vertical position of the actuation member. A second fixed contact element and second movable contact may be similarly constructed to provide a second switching way.
Electrical connector having a domed metal switch
A connector (100) and connector system are provided. A connector can include a domed metal switch (102) that is partially covered with a liquid impermeable barrier (101) such that a portion of the domed metal switch is exposed and the liquid impermeable barrier is coupled to the domed metal switch with a liquid impermeable junction (221). In a connector system, a complementary connector can include a dome switch actuator (706,707), partially covered with another liquid impermeable barrier. When pressed against the connector, the domed metal switch can deform to contact an electrical conductor (104). A control circuit (1309) can determine whether an electronic device or user is causing the deformation by detecting whether voltage or current is applied to the domed metal switch while deformed.
