SWITCH AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SWITCH
A switch includes a housing, a switching mechanism housed in the housing and configured to switch a state of connection between at least two terminals exposed out of the housing by using a common contact and two switching contacts, and an electronic component that is disposed in the housing and electrically connects the terminals to each other. The switching mechanism includes a first metal plate that is connected to a first contact, which is one of the common contact and the two switching contacts, and includes a first exposed part to which a first electrode of the electronic component is soldered by laser irradiation, and a second metal plate that is connected to a second contact, which is another one of the common contact and the two switching contacts, and includes a second exposed part to which a second electrode of the electronic component is soldered by laser irradiation.
Electrical pushbutton snap switch with means for identifying the position of the pushbutton and/or of the driving member
A switch comprising having an actuation member in the form of a pushbutton with an actuating portion being arranged, when an external force is applied to the pushbutton, to be moved vertically relative to the housing between a pushbutton upper position and a pushbutton lower position, the pushbutton and a tilting driving member forming a movable mechanical assembly. An electrical switching portion generates signals representative of changes of position of the one and/or of the other of the two components of the movable assembly, the electrical switching portion including a sensing switch for sensing the changes of position of the pushbutton between its upper position and its lower position, and a detecting switch for detecting the changes of position of the tilting driving member between its upper position and its lower position.
RETRACTABLE KEYBOARDS
Keyboards are disclosed that are retractable. Movable magnetic or mechanical linkage elements are configured to reposition keycaps and stabilizers between different relative positions. Structures in a movable layer can act on the keycaps or stabilizers to move the keycaps and stabilizers into a retracted position for storage and for saving space in an electronic device. The stabilizers can be scissor mechanisms, butterfly mechanisms, and similar devices. The movable layer can be moved in response to rotation of a hinge or other mechanical element in the electronic device.
Force Switch
A method of adjusting a switch of a device, which comprises using a biasing force-adjusting element, adjusting a magnitude of a biasing force imparted to a switching element of the switch by a biasing element disposed about the switching element, wherein the switching element is movably disposed within an interior cavity of a hollow body of the switch and the biasing force places the switching element in one of a first position and a second position. The first position corresponds to a first electrical state and the second position corresponds to a second electrical state.
Safety belt buckle
The present invention relates to a safety belt buckle, and more specifically, to a safety belt buckle which can stably detect whether a driver's safety belt is fastened even when foreign materials or water is introduced into the buckle in the case of being fastened with a tongue of a safety belt. In the safety belt buckle according to the present invention, a switch that detects whether a tongue of a safety belt is fastened is blocked from coming into direct contact with water or foreign materials, which are introduced from the outside, so as to stably detect fastening or unfastening of the tongue of the safety belt, and thus the safety belt buckle can be stably operated even when mounted in a seat exposed to the outside such as a seat of a forklift or a tractor.
SWITCH DEVICE
A switch device may include a rod movable in association with an operation of a brake pedal, a main body case in which one end side of the rod is disposed, a movable board disposed in the main body case, and a connecting mechanism configured to connect the rod and the movable board. The movable board may be displaceable via the movement of the rod such that a movable contact point of the movable board is in contact with or separate from a fixed contact point. The connecting mechanism may include a protruding portion radially protruding from the rod, and a wall portion provided in the movable board. After pushing the rod into the main body case by a predetermined length, a tooth portion disposed on the protruding portion may mesh with a tooth portion disposed on the wall portion connecting the rod and the movable board.
KEYBOARD DEVICE
A keyboard device includes a substrate, a keycap, a first connection member, and a first elastic arm structure. The substrate has a top surface, and the top surface has an assembling region. The keycap is disposed above the assembling region, and the keycap has a bottom surface facing the assembling region. The first connection member is connected between the keycap and the assembling region, the first connection member includes a first assembly side and a second assembly side opposite to the first assembly side, the first assembly side is pivotally connected to the bottom surface of the keycap, and the second assembly side is pivotally connected to the substrate. The first elastic arm structure includes a connection end and a free end opposite to the connection end, the connection end is connected to the first assembly side, and the free end abuts against the bottom surface of the keycap.
BRUSH SWITCH WITH RESISTORS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A brush switch with resistors includes a case, a fixed contact point pattern that is fixed to the case, a lever that is supported by the case in an inclinable manner, and a movable contact point brush that is movable by an operation of the lever such that the movable contact point either contacts to or does not contact to the fixed contact point. Wherein the fixed contact point pattern has multiple fixed contact points that are disposed separated from one another in the case, and multiple terminals each of which is connected to the multiple fixed contact points, and the movable contact point brush has multiple contact point spring pieces that separate from or contact with the multiple fixed contact points, respectively, and multiple resistors, which have different resistance values, that are attached to spaces between the multiple contact point spring pieces.
FUEL CELL-TYPE INDUSTRIAL VEHICLE
A fuel cell-type industrial vehicle according to the present disclosure includes a vehicle main body in which a fuel cell unit is installed, and controller configured to control operations of the vehicle main body. The fuel cell unit includes a charging plug which is connectable to a charging socket for supplying fuel gas, and a detection mechanism configured to detect the connection state between the charging plug and the charging socket. The detection mechanism includes a sensor having an output signal that shifts in accordance with the connection state of the charging socket relative to the charging plug. The controller prohibits operation of the vehicle main body after determining, on the basis of the output signal of the sensor, that the charging socket is connected to the charging plug.
