Keyboard
A keyboard is disclosed, which includes a base plate and a thin film circuit board. The base plate includes a first part, a second part, and an inclined part. Two edges of the inclined part are connected to the first part and the second part, respectively. The inclined part includes a hollow portion. The thin film circuit board is disposed on the base plate and includes a first region, a second region, and a connecting portion. The connecting portion has a first connecting end, a second connecting end, and an inclined segment. The first connecting end is connected to the first region; the second connecting end is connected to the second region. The first connecting end and the second connecting end correspond to different positions on an axial direction. Moreover, part of the inclined segment is located in the hollow portion.
Method of manufacturing a keyboard
Methods of making an electronic device and a keyboard are disclosed. One method including providing a flexible film; providing a first electrode underneath the flexible film, the first electrode coupled to a high voltage signal source; providing a second electrode located beneath the first electrode, the second electrode coupled to an input detector; providing a spacer configured to maintain at least a threshold distance between the first electrode and the second electrode; providing a piezoelectric actuator beneath the second electrode, a top surface of the piezoelectric actuator coupled to the second electrode, wherein contact between the first electrode and the second electrode couples the high voltage signal source to the input detector and the piezoelectric actuator; and providing a base plane beneath the piezoelectric actuator, the base plane coupled to a bottom surface of the piezoelectric actuator and a signal ground.

A keyswitch with adjustable tactile feedback is adjusted by an adjusting method. The keyswitch includes a baseplate, an upper housing, an upper bushing component, a lower bushing component, a keycap and a recovering component. The baseplate has an electrode module, the upper housing is disposed on the baseplate, the upper bushing component is movably disposed on the upper housing, the lower bushing component is movably located between the baseplate and the upper housing, and the keycap is connected to a connecting portion of the upper bushing component. The lower bushing component can rotate relative to the baseplate to switch between a first position and a second position. The lower bushing component has a first lateral surface and a second lateral surface with different shapes. The recovering component is disposed between the baseplate and the lower bushing component to upwardly push the lower bushing component.

The thin film circuit board is disposed on the base plate and includes a first region, a second region, and a connecting portion. The connecting portion has a first connecting end, a second connecting end, and an inclined segment. The first connecting end is connected to the first region; the second connecting end is connected to the second region. The first connecting end and the second connecting end correspond to different positions on an axial direction. Moreover, part of the inclined segment is located in the hollow portion.

The first part has a first limiting portion and a second limiting portion, the second part has a third limiting portion. The thin film circuit board includes a first region, a second region and at least one connecting portion. The first region is located on the first part, and the first region has at least one opening. The first limiting portion and the second limiting portion are disposed in said opening. The second region is located on the second part, and the second region has at least one opening. The connecting portion is located on the inclined part, and the third limiting portion is passed through the opening of the second part and propped against the connecting portion.

A keyboard, an electronic device and an assembly method of the keyboard are provided. The electronic device includes a display, the keyboard and a host, wherein the display and the keyboard are electrically connected with the host. The keyboard includes a thin film circuit (TFC) board and multiple buttons. The TFC board has multiple membrane switches with the buttons correspond to the membrane switches, and each of the buttons includes a keycap and a scissor foot. The keycap is used to be pressed to make the corresponding switch being turned on. The keycap includes a cap body and a resetting member, wherein the cap body and the resetting member are formed as an integral, and the scissor feet are connected between the keycap and the TFC board.
ANTI-GHOST MEMBRANE SWITCH DEVICE
An anti-ghost membrane switch device includes a first membrane layer, a second membrane layer, and a spacing layer. A first surface of the first membrane layer is provided with first trigger points and a first signal line. The first signal line is connected to the first trigger points and extends to a first output terminal. A second surface of the second membrane layer faces towards the first surface and is provided with second trigger points and second signal lines. Ends of the second signal lines are connected to the second trigger points. Another ends of the second signal lines extend to the second output terminal. The second signal lines are not electrically connected with one another. The first signal line of the first membrane layer and the second signal lines are not electrically connected with one another. The spacing layer is between the first and second membrane layers.
