Switch unit
In a switch unit which is equipped with a seesaw switch and a rotary switch, the seesaw switch and the rotary switch are arranged in a manner so that an axis of a swing fulcrum, i.e., swing shaft, of a knob, and an axis of a rotary shaft of a wheel intersect one another.
Power seat operation device and power seat
In a power seat operation device, a micro switch is attached inside a dial that is rotatably provided to a side face of a power seat. An opening is formed inside the dial, with an operation portion of a knob to operate the micro switch inserted through the opening. There is accordingly a possibility that liquid might infiltrate into the dial, however a channel is formed inside the dial by the dial and the knob. The channel lets liquid flow downward to the lower side of the micro switch so as to discharge the liquid to outside the dial in cases in which liquid has infiltrated into the dial through the opening in a state in which the opening is positioned at the upper side of the micro switch. The channel is partitioned from the micro switch, enabling flow of liquid to the micro switch to be prevented or suppressed.
OPERATING DEVICE
A scroll wheel in a ring shape partially protrudes from an opening portion of an operation surface. A rotational shaft is located on one axial side of the scroll wheel and is rotational together with the scroll wheel. A fixed shaft is inserted inside the scroll wheel on another axial side and rotationally supports the scroll wheel while being non-rotational. A corrugated portion is formed on an inner peripheral surface of the scroll wheel and is continuous in a circumferential direction. A hole portion is recessed at a position, which corresponds to the corrugated portion in an axial direction, beyond a center position of the fixed shaft. An elastic member is inserted in the hole portion. A click pin is slidable along an inner peripheral surface of the hole portion and has a tip portion urged onto the corrugated portion with the elastic member.
Remote controller for electronic appliances such as television and the like
This utility model relates to a remote controller for televisions, video recorders/players comprising a housing having an upper and lower shells, said upper shell being provided with a plurality of different slots adapted to receive different sizes of push buttons, and a printed circuit board with electronic parts disposed inside said housing, characterized in that a circular channel adjustment control and a volume adjustment control traversing respective slots on said upper shell, each of said circular channel and volume adjustment control being pivotally secured to said housing, and each being provided with opposing forward lug and rear lug protruding outwardly from the periphery thereof and in communication with said printed circuit board.

Inner-sensor based pointing device
An inner-sensor based pointing device is presented. The pointing device includes a central housing having an aperture and a sleeve disposed surrounding a portion of the central housing. The sleeve is rotatable about the portion of the central housing and slideable along a portion of the central housing. The pointing device further includes a sensor disposed along a surface of the central housing. The sensor is capable of detecting rotational movement of the sleeve relative to the central housing and axial movement of the sleeve relative to the central housing. Additionally, the pointing device has a circuit in communication with the sensor, the circuit capable of transmitting data to a computer regarding the movement of the sleeve.
Tap changer
There is provided a tap changer in which movable contacts rotate to be selectively connected to a plurality of taps. The tap changer includes a rotatable upper movable contact; a rotatable lower movable contact electrically connected to the upper movable contact; a driving shaft rotating the upper movable contact and the lower movable contact integrally; a single-type fixed contact including a single terminal connected to any one of a plurality of taps; and a dual-type fixed contact including a first terminal and a second terminal connected together to another of the plurality of taps. Since the upper movable contact and the lower movable contact are integrally rotated through the single driving shaft, the number of components and volume of the device may be reduced and an operation of the device may be facilitated.

Sleeve arrangement for a mobile device comprising an input apparatus mounted to a sleeve part
A sleeve or case for a mobile device, such as a smartphone or tablet or other types of hand-held device or mobile smart device, has a sleeve part for at least partially enclosing the mobile device and an input device arranged in the sleeve part for controlling the mobile device which can be received in the sleeve part. The input device includes a movable control element and a magnetorheological brake. Any movement of the control element can be selectively damped by way of the magnetorheological brake.
