The case includes an accommodation space accommodating the first fixed contact, the second fixed contact, and the movable contact piece, and a first arc extension space at least partially disposed between the coil and the magnet. The magnet is disposed so as to overlap with the coil in a third direction orthogonal to the moving direction and a longitudinal direction of the movable contact piece. The magnet configured to extend a first arc generated between the first fixed contact and the first movable contact and a second arc generated between the second fixed contact and the second movable contact in the longitudinal direction of the movable contact piece.
ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY
An electromagnetic relay includes: a housing including a base and a case that opens downward and is provided on the base, the housing having an internal space surrounded by the base and the case; a main fixed contact; a main moving contact that comes into contact with and separates from the main fixed contact; an auxiliary fixed contact; an auxiliary moving contact that comes into contact with and separates from the auxiliary fixed contact; a coil provided in the housing such that a central axis extends in a vertical direction; an iron core disposed so as to be surrounded by the coil; a yoke disposed around the coil; an armature that is disposed to face an upper end of the iron core and swings in response to excitation/non-excitation of the coil; a movable part provided with the main moving contact and configured to move in response to swinging of the armature; and a partition wall that divides the internal space of the housing into a first space and a second space. The main fixed contact and the main moving contact are disposed in the first space, and the auxiliary fixed contact and the auxiliary moving contact are disposed in the second space.
MAGNETIC LATCHING RELAY CAPABLE OF RESISTING SHORT-CIRCUIT CURRENT
A magnetic latching relay comprises a metal insertion portion of a contact portion and a slot of a base. The metal insertion portion is composed of two segments having different depth corresponding to the slot; when one segment is fitted to bottom wall of the slot, a preset gap is formed between the other segment and the bottom wall. The slot is formed by two segments having different thickness corresponding to the metal insertion portion; when two side walls of one segment of the slot are adapted to two sides of thickness of metal insertion portion, two side walls of the other segment of the slot and two sides of thickness of metal insertion portion respectively form a preset gap; one segment of metal insertion portions cooperates with the other segment of the slot, and the other segment of the metal insertion portion cooperates with one segment of the slot.
HOUSING ASSEMBLY
Embodiments provide a housing assembly including a housing having a plug-in side and enclosing an electromechanical component, the housing configured for mounting on a carrier, wherein the housing has a first assembly guide configured for engaging in a first plug-in slot guide arranged on the carrier, and wherein the plug-in side of the housing is guidable into a plugged-in position on the carrier by this engagement.
Electromagnetic relay
An electromagnetic relay includes a base, a fixed terminal, a fixed contact, a movable piece, a movable contact, a magnet, a base holder, and a case. The fixed terminal is supported by the base. The fixed contact is connected to the fixed terminal. The movable piece is supported by the base. The movable contact is connected to the movable piece and faces the fixed contact. The magnet exerts a Lorentz force on an arc generated between the fixed contact and the movable contact. The base holder is a separate body from the base. The base holder is attached to the base. The base holder is disposed in at least a direction in which the Lorentz force acts with respect to the base. The case is attached to the base holder.
Electromagnetic relay
An electromagnetic relay includes a terminal electrically connected to a fixed contact or a movable contact, and a case accommodating a contact point. The terminal includes a terminal piece having at least a portion located outside the case. The case includes a bottom surface section (first peripheral wall section) and a side surface section (second peripheral wall section). The bottom surface section has a gap to be closed with a sealant and an outer surface to which the sealant is applied. The side surface section has a through hole through which the terminal piece is inserted. The case has a flow path along which the sealant applied to the outer surface flows from the outer surface to the through hole.
ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY
An electromagnetic relay includes a movable contact piece, a yoke, and a coil, the coil being provided with an iron core, wherein the yoke is L-shaped, and has a horizontal edge and a vertical edge; the yoke is disposed outside the coil, and the horizontal edge of the yoke is fixedly connected to the bottom of the iron core, and the vertical edge of the yoke is parallel to an axis of the iron core, wherein one side of the vertical edge of the yoke facing to the coil is provided with a plastic layer formed by means of injection molding, the plastic layer is provided between the yoke and the coil in an insulating manner.
RELAY
A base of a relay has a leg extending in a contact/separation direction between contacts, and the leg is configured to come into contact with a yoke when the base is incorporated into a case. The leg is spaced away from an upper part of an armature by a distance. This distance is determined so that an upper surface of the armature does not come into contact with the leg in a normal operation of the armature, but the upper surface of the armature comes into contact with a lower surface of the leg when the armature jumps up beyond a movable range thereof due to, for example, a strong impact applied to a vehicle on which the relay is mounted.
