Removable electric current switching element and electrical switchgear for switching an electric current comprising such a removable switching element
A removable electric current switching element includes first and second housing parts fitted to the other and that can be moved between an assembled configuration and a partially disassembled configuration. The first housing part includes side walls provided with through inspection windows, the second housing part includes insulating walls which each delimit a volume in the second housing part around a corresponding mobile conductor. The first and second housing parts are arranged relative to one another in such a way that, in the assembled configuration the insulating walls mask the inspection windows and that, in the intermediate configuration the insulating walls are away from the inspection windows to free access to the inspection windows.
HOUSING ASSEMBLY
Embodiments provide a housing assembly including a housing having a plug-in side and enclosing an electromechanical component, the housing configured for mounting on a carrier, wherein the housing has a first assembly guide configured for engaging in a first plug-in slot guide arranged on the carrier, and wherein the plug-in side of the housing is guidable into a plugged-in position on the carrier by this engagement.
HOUSING FOR ELECTROMECHANICAL COMPONENT
In embodiments a housing includes a first housing component and a second housing, the second housing component having a first guide groove, wherein the first housing component comprises a first complementary element, and wherein the first complementary element and the first guide groove are designed such that the housing components are connectable to form the housing by sliding one inside the other along a guide direction.
Electromagnetic relay
An electromagnetic relay including: a base unit that includes a slit having a first wall part and a second wall part, and a first projection projecting from the first wall part of the slit; a terminal that is press-fitted into the slit, and includes a second projection at a position opposite to the first projection; and a preventer that prevents deviation of the second projection against the first projection when the terminal is press-fitted into the slit.
Electromagnetic contactor having snap-fit section coupling frames
The electromagnetic contactor includes a first frame in which an operation electromagnet is mounted; a second frame in which a contact mechanism is mounted; and a snap-fit section that is made up of a fitting protruding section and a hook section formed to one and the other of the first and second frame, respectively, the hook section fitting to the fitting protruding section. The hook section has a flexible projecting plate section formed in a projecting manner to an open end of either the first or second frame and a fitting section formed at a tip of the flexible projecting plate section, the fitting section fitting to the fitting protruding section. The flexible projecting plate section is provided with elasticity that fits the fitting section to a base side of the fitting protruding section in accordance with progress of wear between the fitting section and the fitting protruding section.
Magnetic switch
The present invention relates to a magnetic switch, and more particularly, to a magnetic switch provided with a permanent magnet disposed at an outside of an upper frame and an externally fitted permanent magnet holder to reduce a number of components and facilitate maintenance.
Contactor arrangement for extinguishing an electric arc
A contactor comprises an insulation outer housing, a pair of static terminals, a movable terminal, a first magnetic conductor, a static bracket, a second magnetic conductor and an elastic member. The pair of static terminals are arranged in the insulation outer housing and are stationary relative to the insulation outer housing. The movable terminal is also arranged in the insulation outer housing and is movable between a closed position in contact with the static terminal and an opened position separated from the static terminal. The first magnetic conductor is fixed to the movable terminal to move synchronously with the movable terminal. The static bracket is arranged within the insulation outer housing and is stationary relative to the insulation outer housing. The second magnetic conductor is floatably supported in the static bracket by the elastic member.
CONTACT HOLDER, AUXILIARY CONTACT MODULE AND CONTACTOR
A contact holder applied to an auxiliary contact module of a contactor includes a holder body and a linkage member on the holder body. The holder body is provided with a groove corresponding to the linkage member, and the linkage member is of an elastically deformable structure, to allow the linkage member to retract and deform in a direction towards an interior of the groove when subjected to mounting pressure.
