An electromagnetic drive unit for a switching device includes: a magnetic core with a first, a second, and a third magnetic path each arranged transversely with respect to a longitudinal axis of the electromagnetic drive unit and coupled to longitudinal magnetic struts at respective ends to form a magnetic frame structure; an armature movable along the longitudinal axis between a first and a second state; and a first and a second magnetic coil for moving the armature based on excitation of the first and/or the second magnetic coil. The first magnetic coil is arranged between the first and the second magnetic path and the second magnetic coil is arranged between the second and the third magnetic path with respect to the longitudinal axis. The magnetic core and the magnetic coils are arranged such that a magnetic flux that flows through the magnetic paths to move the armature is adjustable.
Contactor
A contactor comprises an insulation outer housing, a pair of static terminals, a movable terminal, a first magnetic conductor, a static bracket, a second magnetic conductor and an elastic member. The pair of static terminals are arranged in the insulation outer housing and are stationary relative to the insulation outer housing. The movable terminal is also arranged in the insulation outer housing and is movable between a closed position in contact with the static terminal and an opened position separated from the static terminal. The first magnetic conductor is fixed to the movable terminal to move synchronously with the movable terminal. The static bracket is arranged within the insulation outer housing and is stationary relative to the insulation outer housing. The second magnetic conductor is floatably supported in the static bracket by the elastic member.
Utilization unit of an electric switch
A utilization unit of an electric switch includes an actuator module which includes actuators and power transmission apparatus to operate the electric switch, a power module which includes power supply means for the actuators of the actuator module, a control module which includes control means to control the power module, and data transmission means. The actuator module, the power module, and the control module constitute a modular structure, wherein the power module and the control module are detachably connected to each other and the actuator module so that the power module and the control module are both separately replaceable in the utilization unit.
Electromagnetic contactor
An electromagnetic contactor with connecting spring including: a movable core contact plate section that is inserted into a through hole formed in a movable core and comes into contact with a contact support side of the through hole; and a pair of curved plate sections each joined to either end of the movable core contact plate section and housed in connecting spring tip housing sections formed in the contact support, the sides of which opposite to a contact surface of the movable core contact plate section come into contact with the connecting spring tip housing sections. In the movable core contact plate section, a depressed section is formed in a direction crossing a longitudinal direction to bulge out to an opposite side to the contact support side is formed, and contact sections that come into contact with the through hole are formed on both ends of the depressed section.
ACTUATOR FOR HIGH-SPEED SWITCH
Provided is an actuator for a high-speed switch. The frame of the actuator is formed by a frame, and the frame consists of multiple mounting plates and columns. The mounting plates have parts installed thereon or movably supported thereby. The columns maintain the space between the mounting plates. A driving unit is installed so as to pass through a part of the mounting plates, and the driving unit is provided with a first driving plate and a second driving plate on a driving shaft. A first coil unit is provided on the mounting plate so as to face the first driving plate and generates the movement of the first driving plate at the time of an opening operation. A permanent magnet is installed on one of the mounting plates so as to face the second driving plate, and an elastic member is installed on the mounting plate that faces the mounting plate having the permanent magnet installed thereon, so as to provide force for the movement of the second driving plate.
ACTUATOR FOR HIGH-SPEED SWITCH
Provided is an actuator for a high-speed switch. The frame of the actuator is formed by a frame, and the frame consists of multiple mounting plates and columns. The mounting plates have parts installed thereon or movably supported thereby. The columns maintain the space between the mounting plates. A driving unit is installed so as to pass through a part of the mounting plates, and the driving unit is provided with a first driving plate and a second driving plate on a driving shaft. A first coil unit is provided on the mounting plate so as to face the first driving plate and generates the movement of the first driving plate at the time of an opening operation. A permanent magnet is installed on one of the mounting plates so as to face the second driving plate, and an elastic member is installed on the mounting plate that faces the mounting plate having the permanent magnet installed thereon, so as to provide force for the movement of the second driving plate.
Opening and closing device
A switchgear includes a stationary contact, a movable contact able to be shifted between a closed position and an opened position, an electromagnetic actuator able to generate power for shifting the movable contact, the electromagnetic actuator including a stator and a movable element, and a power transmission unit able to shift the movable contact, and to press the movable contact against the stationary contact. The power transmission unit includes a drive unit-side spring bearing portion able to be shifted together with the movable element, a contact-side spring bearing portion to be opposed to the drive unit-side spring bearing portion, and able to be shifted together with the movable contact, and a spring member provided between the drive unit-side spring bearing portion and the contact-side spring bearing portion.
Opening and closing device
A switchgear includes a stationary contact, a movable contact able to be shifted between a closed position and an opened position, an electromagnetic actuator able to generate power for shifting the movable contact, the electromagnetic actuator including a stator and a movable element, and a power transmission unit able to shift the movable contact, and to press the movable contact against the stationary contact. The power transmission unit includes a drive unit-side spring bearing portion able to be shifted together with the movable element, a contact-side spring bearing portion to be opposed to the drive unit-side spring bearing portion, and able to be shifted together with the movable contact, and a spring member provided between the drive unit-side spring bearing portion and the contact-side spring bearing portion.
