Relay structure
A relay structure includes a case; a magnetoelectric assembly; a first leg and a second leg assembled with two ends of the magnetoelectric assembly, respectively; a magnetic conduction assembly having an end electrically connected to the magnetoelectric assembly in a normal condition, and when the magnetoelectric assembly produces electromagnetism, the magnetic conduction assembly is magnetically attracted to and abutted with other end of the magnetoelectric assembly; a driving plate assembled with the top surface of the magnetic conduction assembly; an armature assembly including conductive plates stacked with each other, and having an end bonded with a third leg, and other end extended toward the driving plate and formed with a conductively connecting member, a top end of the driving plate is inserted through the armature assembly; a fourth leg having an end disposed inside the case and formed with a contact member above the conductively connecting member.
Relay
A relay includes a fixed terminal, a fixed contact connected to the fixed terminal, a movable contact piece facing the fixed terminal, a movable contact, a drive unit including a coil and an armature operated by electromagnetic force generated from the coil, a card, and a wall disposed between the armature and the card. The movable contact is connected to the movable contact piece and faces the fixed contact. The card is disposed between the drive unit and the movable contact piece, and transmits an operation of the armature to the movable contact piece. The card includes a card body, a contact part, and a protrusion. The card body is disposed between the wall and a movable contact piece. The contact part extends from the card body toward the armature. The protrusion protrudes from the card body toward the wall and is disposed on a side of the contact part.
ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY
An electromagnetic relay includes a fixed terminal, a base, a fixed contact, a movable contact, a movable contact piece, a movable terminal, a card, and a contact protrusion. The base supports the fixed terminal. The fixed contact is connected to the fixed terminal. The movable contact faces the fixed contact. The movable contact is connected to the movable contact piece. The movable terminal is fixed to the base. The movable terminal is connected to the movable contact piece. The card pushes the movable contact piece to move the movable contact. The contact protrusion is provided on the movable contact piece. The contact protrusion contacts the card to allow the card to press the movable contact piece.
Electromagnetic device
An electromagnetic device includes a spool including a cylindrical body portion in which a through hole extending to a first direction is provided, a coil wound around the body portion, an iron core disposed in a through hole of the body portion, a yoke including a first member and a second member, the first member being connected to the iron core and the second member extending from the first member along an outer peripheral surface of the coil, and a movable iron piece, which has a plate shape, including a bent portion in a middle thereof. The yoke includes at least one positioning projection provided in a middle of the free end in the second direction. The movable iron piece includes a positioning recessed portion that accommodates and positions the positioning projection, the positioning recessed portion being provided in a middle between the pair of rotation supporting points.
An electromagnetic relay includes a base having a receiving space, an electromagnetic unit disposed outside of the receiving space, a magnetically attractive member magnetically attractable by the electromagnet unit, a first stationary contact disposed in the receiving space, a second stationary contact, a movable terminal member and a movable contact. When the electromagnetic unit is energized, the movable terminal member is pushed by the magnetically attractive member and the movable contact contacts one of the first and second stationary contacts. When the electromagnetic unit is de-energized, the movable contact contacts the other one of the first and second stationary contacts.
Electromagnetic relay
An electromagnetic relay includes a first fixed terminal, a second fixed terminal, a movable contact piece, a movable member, a contact spring, and an electromagnet block. The movable member is configured to move in a moving direction including a first direction and a second direction. The contact spring biases the movable contact piece in the first direction.
