20240177956 · 2024-05-30 ·

A DC relay for anti-short circuit current and arc extinction includes two static contact leading-out ends, a movable contact piece in a straight sheet type, a pushing rod assembly, a fixed upper yoke, a follow-up yoke and a lower armature. The fixed upper yoke is fixed above the movable contact piece, corresponding to a position between the two movable contacts. The follow-up upper yoke is fixed on the pushing rod assembly, above the movable contact piece, corresponding to a position between the two movable contacts. The lower armature is fixed on a bottom end face of the movable contact piece. The fixed upper yoke, the follow-up upper yoke and the lower armature are respectively arranged in a width direction of the movable contact piece, and two magnetic conductive loops are formed in the width direction of the movable contact piece.

Arrangement for an electric switching device

An arrangement for an electric switching device is disclosed. The arrangement for an electric switching device comprises a switching unit having a first switching position and a second switching position, a restoring element exerting a restoring force on the switching unit in the second switching position, and a return spring fastened to the switching unit and exerting a counterforce on the switching unit. The restoring force is directed toward the first switching position, while the counterforce acts opposite to the restoring force.

Electrical switching device with a low switching noise

An arrangement for an electrical switching device is disclosed. The arrangement for an electrical switching device comprises a contact spring and a component attached to the contact spring. The component has an edge running in an inclined manner with respect to a longitudinal direction of the contact spring. The component also has at least two switching state positions and a transition phase between the switching state positions, and abuts the contact spring along the edge in the transition phase.

ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY

An electromagnetic relay includes a base, a casing, a coil, a movable contact piece and two fixed contact pieces. Each of the fixed contact pieces includes a plate-shaped base. A portion of one side of the plate-shaped base extends outward and is bent to form a fixed contact fixing part. The fixed contacts are arranged on the fixed contact fixing part, and an abdicating through hole is defined in the base. The plate-shaped bases of the fixed contact pieces are respectively connected to an outer side surface of the base and spaced from each other. Each of the fixed contact fixing parts protrudes through the abdicating through hole and located between the base and the casing. Each of the fixed contacts faces to the movable contact on the movable contact piece, and a portion of the plate-shaped base on the fixed contact piece protrudes out of the casing to form a connecting part.

RELAY

invention relates to a relay, having an electromagnetic drive with a field coil arranged around an iron core which defines a plane, and a yoke. The electromagnetic drive works together with a movable armature which can switch a movable electrical contact via an actuating arrangement. The relay is accommodated in a housing, wherein an intermediate base and/or partition is included between the electromagnetic drive and the contact. The electromagnetic drive is arranged on one side of the partition, and the movable electrical contact is arranged on the other side of the partition. The partition has an opening through which the mechanical actuation of the contact is carried out. Because the armature is pivotable about an axis of rotation perpendicular to the plane of the iron core, the relay can have a lower constructed height than a conventional relay.
