The cover part is electrically connected to the terminal of the main body part. A vibration reduction part is connected and electrically coupled to the cover part. The vibration reduction part is configured to support the main body part to be suspended in air. A pin part is configured such that a first side of the pin part is connected with and electrically connected to the vibration reduction part.
Electromagnetic relay
An electromagnetic relay includes a housing, a pair of fixed terminals, a movable contactor that is movably disposed so as to approach and separate from a fixed contact placement surface of each of the pair of fixed terminals, a movable shaft capable of moving in conjunction with the movable contactor, electromagnetic drive unit that drives the movable shaft to move the movable contactor in a moving direction, and an attenuation mechanism unit that includes an insulating attenuation member disposed between the movable contactor and the electromagnetic drive unit, and a sound insulating gap provided between the attenuation member and the electromagnetic drive unit.
Yoke assembly with deceleration element for switching device and same
A yoke assembly for an electromagnetic switching device is disclosed. The yoke assembly comprises a yoke and an elastic deceleration element. The yoke has a support face supporting an abutment face of an actuating assembly in a position of the switching device. The elastic deceleration element is mounted on the yoke and has a deceleration face disposed at a distance from the support face.
RELAY
Provided is a relay, with which an insulation distance can be maintained while preventing an increase in size of the relay. The relay has a coil, an iron core, an armature which moves by excitation of the coil, a contact terminal which displaces in accordance with the movement of the armature, a pressing member which is attached to the armature and which presses the contact terminal, and a base block having a wall arranged between a first area in which the coil and the iron core are arranged, and a second area in which the contact terminal and the pressing member are arranged, wherein the armature comprises a first portion arranged in the first area and a second portion extending from the first portion and arranged in the second area, and the pressing member is affixed to the second portion.
Electromagnetic relay
An electromagnetic relay including: an electromagnet; an armature that swings by energization and non-energization of the electromagnet; a first fixed terminal on which a first fixed contact is mounted; a first movable spring on which a first movable contact opposite to the first fixed contact is mounted, and that is fixed to the armature; a second movable spring that moves along with the first movable spring in response to the swinging of the armature; and an elastic member that is mounted on at least one of the first movable spring and the second movable spring, and is disposed between the first movable spring and the second movable spring.
ELECTROMECHANICAL SWITCH WITH STABILIZED ENGAGEMENT BETWEEN CONTACTS
An electromechanical switch includes first and second stationary contacts and a movable contact. Each of the first and second stationary contacts has a respective protrusion at a mating end thereof. The movable contact defines a first depression and a second depression along a mating side thereof. The movable contact is reciprocally movable into and out of a closed position relative to the first and second stationary contacts. In the closed position, the mating side of the movable contact engages the mating ends of the first and second stationary contacts such that the protrusion of the first stationary contact projects into the first depression and the protrusion of the second stationary contact projects into the second depression.
ELECTROMECHANICAL SWITCH HAVING MOVABLE CONTACT AND DAMPENER
An electromechanical switch includes a housing, first and second stationary contacts mounted to the housing, a movable contact, and a carrier sub-assembly. The housing has a divider wall. The carrier sub-assembly includes a support rod that extends through an aperture in the divider wall and is coupled to the movable contact. The carrier sub-assembly is configured to move the movable contact relative to the first and second stationary contacts. The carrier sub-assembly includes a contact spring surrounding the support rod between the divider wall and the movable contact. The carrier sub-assembly also includes a dampener in engagement with the contact spring. The dampener is configured to absorb vibration along one or more of the contact spring or the movable contact.
Electromagnetic contactor
An electromagnetic contactor in which a shock-absorbing member is integrally formed in a frame. The electromagnetic contactor includes a first frame in which an operating electromagnet is disposed and coil terminals which supply power to a coil of the electromagnet is formed to project from a side surface, and a second frame in which a contact mechanism having an auxiliary contact is disposed and has power source side terminals on one end side and load side terminals on the other end side, and in the first frame and the second frame, a snap fit is formed which can attach the second frame to the first frame in both of a normal direction coupled state where the coil terminals and the power source side terminals face the same direction and a reverse direction coupled state in which the coil terminals and the load side terminals face the same direction.
ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY
An electromagnetic relay includes a mobile component movable at time of energization and de-energization of a coil, and a fixed component immovable at the time of energization and de-energization of the coil. A damping space is provided between the mobile component and the fixed component and changes in volume with the movement of the mobile component. A gap provided between the mobile component and the fixed component serves as a passage that allows gas to flow into or out of the damping space when the damping space changes in volume. A size of the gap is set such that a pressure is generated in the damping space to cause a damping force acting on the mobile component when the damping space changes in volume.
