TRIP FREE RELAY
An overload relay is disclosed in which a single operator coil is controlled for both tripping and resetting. A permanent magnet and a spring make the device bi-stable, so the coil may be unpowered when in the trip and reset states. Energization of the coil overcomes the magnet to allow tripping, while energization in an opposite direction adds to the magnet force to reset the device. An electromagnetic activation path overrides a mechanical activation path for electromagnetic tripping despite attempted manual resetting. The device may be pulse width modulated to reduce power consumption
Circuit breaking safety lock and dual-power switch
The circuit breaking safety lock includes a slider, a first locking piece, a first locking shaft, a first pressure spring and a first lifting mechanism, wherein the first locking piece is fixedly connected with the slider, the first locking shaft is locked with the first locking piece, the first pressure spring is used for moving the first locking shaft along a direction towards the slider, and the first lifting mechanism is used for moving the first locking shaft along a direction away from the slider. The double-power switch includes a housing, a first position electrode, a second position electrode, a movable electrode, a bi-position lock and the circuit breaking safety lock, wherein the movable electrode is fixedly connected with the slider and moves between the first position electrode and the second position electrode with the slider.
Electrical disconnect device for a battery
An electrical disconnect device includes: a pair of stationary terminals; a movable bridge that is movable between a closed position for making electrical contact between the pair of stationary terminals and an open position for breaking electrical contact; an electromagnetic control system that is switched between an open state in which the movable bridge is positioned in its open position, and a closed state in which it is positioned in its closed position; and a manual drive unit that are drivable between an operational position in which the movable bridge is free to move between its open and closed positions, and a forced-open position in which the manual drive unit holds the movable bridge spaced apart from the pair of stationary terminals. The manual drive unit can be placed in a forced-closed position in which it blocks the movable bridge against the pair of stationary terminals.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR POWERING A COIL OF LATCHING RELAYS AND HYBRID SWITCHES
Apparatus and method for latching one pole contact of at least one springy pole in one of a relay and an hybrid switch for maintaining one of engaging and disengaging state of at least one first contact with said pole contact by a mechanical latching device comprising a springy lock pin exerting minute force, a slider with indentation path for guiding the lock pin and a track for the slider, the latching device extends from an armature or the springy pole to a base or a body of the relay or the hybrid switch, said springy pole is guided by said slider movement propelled by one of a pull by a voltage rated magnetic coil fed by a pulse of said rated voltage and a push by a plunger, and for operating a stronger coil for switching higher electrical current the magnetic coil is fed with combination with at least one discharge higher voltage to increase the magnetic pull power of the coil.
CIRCUIT BREAKING SAFETY LOCK AND DUAL-POWER SWITCH
The present invention provides a circuit breaking safety lock and a double-power switch. The circuit breaking safety lock comprises a slider, a first locking piece, a first locking shaft, a first pressure spring and a first lifting mechanism, wherein the first locking piece is fixedly connected with the slider, the first locking shaft is locked with the first locking piece, the first pressure spring is used for moving the first locking shaft along a direction towards the slider, and the first lifting mechanism is used for moving the first locking shaft along a direction away from the slider. The double-power switch comprises a housing, an A-position electrode, a B-position electrode, a movable electrode, an A, B-position lock and the circuit breaking safety lock, wherein the movable electrode is fixedly connected with the slider and moves between the A-position electrode and the B-position electrode with the slider.
LEAKAGE PROTECTIVE PLUG
A leakage protective plug and a tripping mechanism thereof, comprising a housing, and a tripping mechanism and a conducting structure arranged within the housing, wherein the tripping mechanism comprises a restorable reset button, a tripping bracket, and a tripping coil and a pressing arm arranged in the tripping bracket, wherein the reset button is sleeved in the pressing arm in which a snap fitting mechanism is positioned such that the pressing arm and the reset button may be snapped together, and the pressing arm and the reset button may be disengaged under the control of the tripping coil. It has a simple and reliable structure, and avoids technical problems including poor contact of supply circuit and failure of power leakage protecting functions due to un-complete tripping which are resulted from the deformation of the tripping plate caused by the movement of the tripping iron core and by other external forces.
