Electromagnetic relay
An electromagnetic relay includes a first movable contact piece, a moving member, a coil, and a movable iron core. The moving member holds the first movable contact piece. The movable iron core is connected to the moving member and is configured to move by a magnetic force generated by the coil. The moving member is made of resin having electrical insulation. The moving member includes a first member and a second member. The second member is connected to the first member by snap fitting. The first member includes a first protrusion. The second member includes a second main body, a first locking portion, and a first arm. The first locking portion locks to the first protrusion. The first arm connects the second main body and the first locking portion. A thickness of the first arm is smaller than a thickness of the first locking portion.
ELECTROMAGNETIC DEVICE AND ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY EQUIPPED WITH ELECTROMAGNETIC DEVICE
An electromagnetic device includes: a coil configured to generate a first magnetic flux; a fixed member, a movable member configured to reciprocate to separate from the fixed member by a predetermined gap when a current applied to the coil is stopped and move to the fixed member by an attractive force when the current is applied to the coil; and a permanent magnet configured to generate a second magnetic flux between the respective opposed surfaces of the fixed member and the movable member in the same direction as the first magnetic flux. The permanent magnet is attached to at least one of the fixed member and the movable member such that a magnetized surface of the permanent magnet is opposed and exposed to the opposed surface of the other one of the fixed member and the movable member.
ELECTROMAGNETIC DEVICE AND ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY EQUIPPED WITH ELECTROMAGNETIC DEVICE
An electromagnetic device includes a coil, a fixed member, a movable member configured to reciprocate to separate from the fixed member by a predetermined gap when a current applied to the coil is stopped and move to the fixed member by an attractive force when the current is applied to the coil, and a permanent magnet. The permanent magnet is arranged at a position adjacent to the gap and separated from the fixed member and the movable member with a space interposed therebetween. A direction of a second magnetic flux generated by the permanent magnet conforms to a direction of a first magnetic flux generated between the respective opposed surfaces of the fixed member and the movable member when the current is applied to the coil.
Switching Device
In an embodiment a switching device includes at least two fixed contacts and one movable contact in a switching chamber and at least two auxiliary contacts, two spring contacts and a contact plate in the switching chamber, wherein each of the spring contacts contacts one of the auxiliary contacts with a first contact region and has a second contact region, wherein the contact plate is movable together with the movable contact, and wherein the contact plate is configured to contact the second contact regions of the spring contacts in a first switching state of the switching device and is configured to be arranged at a distance from the second contact regions of the spring contacts in a second switching state.
Starter motor
A starter motor of a vehicle is provided and includes a housing having a central longitudinal axis and at least first and second coils disposed within the housing. One of the at least first and second coils is configured to control driveshaft and ring gear engagement and the other one of the at least first and second coils is offset from the central longitudinal axis and configured to control an application of current to a motor disposed to drive rotation of a driveshaft of the vehicle.
CONNECTING STRUCTURE BETWEEN LEAD-OUT PINS OF AUXILIARY STATIONARY CONTACTS AND YOKE PLATE OF DC RELAY
A connecting structure between lead-out pins of auxiliary stationary contacts and a yoke plate of a DC relay, includes a yoke plate and a plurality of auxiliary stationary contact lead-out terminal assemblies mounted on the yoke plate; each auxiliary stationary contact lead-out terminal assembly includes a lead-out pins, a glass material body and a kovar alloy part; the lead-out terminal, the glass material body and the kovar alloy part are connected into a whole by sintering, and the lead-out terminal and the kovar alloy part are insulated from each other by glass material; the auxiliary stationary contact lead-out terminal assembly is welded and fixed to the yoke plate through the kovar alloy part.
Electromagnetic relay
An electromagnetic relay includes a fixed contact, a movable contact corresponding to the fixed contact, a movable element that retains the movable contact and moves in a contacting direction and a separating direction relative to the fixed contact, an axial core coupled to the movable element, a movable core coupled to the axial core to move in the contacting direction and the separating direction relative to a movement of the axial core, a driving part that drives the movable core in the contacting direction, an urging part that exerts force to the axial core in the separating direction, and a constraining part that constrains the relative movement of the axial core in the separating direction.
Power relay for a vehicle
A power relay for a vehicle has a housing and two connecting bolts that are introduced into the housing so as to contact a load current circuit. The power relay further having a coil assembly that is arranged in the housing, the coil assembly contains a magnetic coil and a magnetic armature that is coupled by way of a force-transferring member to a contact bridge that can be moved in a reversible manner between a closed position and an opened position and can be displaced in the housing under the effect of a magnetic field that is generated by the magnetic coil. The contact bridge supports two contact elements that together with the mating contacts of the connecting pin form a first contact pair and a second contact pair. The contact pairs form a three point bearing arrangement in the closed position.
ELECTROMAGNETIC POWER CONTACTOR PROVIDED WITH A CONTROL ROD WITH A STOP
The invention relates to an electromagnetic contactor including: —first and second magnetic cores, the second core being mobile relative to the first core; —a control rod mobile between an inoperative position and a supply position, the control rod comprising a shoulder, in inoperative position: —the shoulder comprises one surface in contact with the first magnetic core, —the first magnetic core and the control rod separating a first chamber extending between the first and second magnetic cores and a second chamber in which the contact plate is located, and —at least one opening made between the first chamber and the second chamber allowing the transfer of air from the first chamber to the second chamber when the second magnetic core moves from the inoperative position to the magnetised position.
Method for actuating a starting device for an internal combustion engine
In a method for actuating a starting device for an internal combustion engine, for the case in which the rotational speed of the toothed ring is below a limit value, first a stroke armature in a starter relay is moved and an electric starter motor is switched on after the starter pinion has engaged. If the rotational speed of the toothed ring exceeds the limit value, the starter motor is switched on before the starter pinion contacts the toothed ring.
