In a rocker arm of an electric switch, the electric switch is actuated by the rocker arm for setting definable positions. The rocker arm of an embodiment includes a first part, for setting the definable positions, and a second part, movable between a first position and a second position. In the first position of the second part, the first part can be moved into the definable positions; and in the second position of the second part, the movement of the first part is blocked.
SOLID-STATE CIRCUIT BREAKER THAT TURNS OFF ELECTRONICS BEFORE PRIMARY MAIN CONTACTS ARE OPENED
A solid-state circuit breaker configured to turn off electronics before a pair of opposing primary main contacts are opened. The solid-state circuit breaker includes a main mechanism including a pair of opposing primary main contacts. The solid-state circuit breaker further includes electronics including semiconductors and software algorithms that control the power and can interrupt currents. The solid-state circuit breaker further includes a switching system including a secondary switch that is configured to be actuated prior to opening of the primary main contacts. The secondary switch is configured to turn off the power to the electronics of the solid-state circuit breaker before the primary main contacts are opened to eliminate or reduce electrical arcing across the primary main contacts.
SOLID-STATE CIRCUIT BREAKER INCLUDES AIRGAP OPERATING MECHANISM CONFIGURED TO OPERATE IN LIMITED SPACE
A solid-state circuit breaker comprises an airgap operating mechanism including components and a housing that houses the components of the airgap operating mechanism such that each component in the operating mechanism is configured to operate in a way that only limited amount of space is required to achieve functions of ON, OFF, and TRIP. The components of the operating mechanism include a contact arm, a handle, and an interface feature to interface between the handle and the contact arm to apply a force thereon. The interface feature is configured to adjust the contact arm ensuring an optimal positioning. The components of the operating mechanism include a double pivot of the contact arm and a handle feature in that the contact arm has two-pivot legs, an armature, an armature pivot feature and a stopper feature, a cradle, and a stopper pin configured to stop the cradle during TRIP operation.

The secondary switch is configured to turn off the power to the electronics of the solid-state circuit breaker before the primary main contacts are opened to eliminate or reduce electrical arcing across the primary main contacts.
Circuit breakers with handle bearing pins
Circuit breakers with handles having at least one handle bearing pin that contacts an upper end portion of a moving arm and allows the arm to rotate to OFF, ON and TRIP positions, typically about 90 degrees of rotation.
CIRCUIT BREAKER HANDLE CONNECTION MODE
A circuit breaker handle connection structure, comprising a handle (1) and a lever (2), the handle (1) and the lever (2) being assembled together. The bottom of a handle disc portion (101) of the handle (1) is provided with a mounting recess (102); the bottom (201) of the lever (2) is mounted in the mounting recess (102) and can rotate; when the lever (2) rotates to a fixed position in the mounting recess (102), the degree of freedom is limited by limiting bosses (103).
Switching device comprising a resetting device
A switching device includes a shell delimiting a plurality of spaces each able to accommodate a trip including a tripping device, a switching device, and a control mechanism including a device for grasping that can be moved between a first position and a second position by an operator in order to control movement of the switching device between an open position and a closed position. The switching device is in the closed position when the device for grasping is in the first position and in the open position when the device for grasping is in the second position. The control mechanism includes a single resetting device that resets each trip when the operator moves the device for grasping from the first position into the second position.
Circuit breaker including rotary handle
A circuit breaker includes an electrically insulative case and a handle rotatably coupled to the electrically insulative case. The circuit breaker also includes a gear train mechanism. The gear train mechanism includes a drive gear drivingly coupled to the handle and a plurality of pinions engaged with the drive gear. The drive gear is arranged to rotate the plurality of pinions in response to a rotation of the handle. The gear train mechanism also includes a rack engaged with the plurality of pinions. The rack is arranged to translate in response to a rotation of the plurality of pinions.
Fusion welding isolation mechanism for operation mechanism of circuit breaker
A fusion welding isolation mechanism for an operating mechanism of a circuit breaker is provided. The operating mechanism of circuit breaker includes: a tripping component, a left side, a right side plate, a latch, a half shaft, a lever, and a main shaft. The tripping component, the latch, and the lever are mounted between the left side plate and the right side plate. The half shaft and the main shaft penetrate through the left side plate and the right side plate, and extend out of the left side plate and the right side plate. The tripping component, the latch, the half shaft, the lever, and the main shaft move in linkage. The lever and the main shaft are provided with isolation devices for preventing an operation handle from an opening operation when a moving contact is subject to fusion welding.
CIRCUIT BREAKER AND OPERATING MECHANISM THEREOF
An operating mechanism with a second connecting rod assembly that includes a second crank pivotally disposed around a tenth axis, a third connecting rod, and a third crank pivotally disposed around an eleventh axis. The second crank is rotatably connected to the third connecting rod through an eighth shaft, the third connecting rod is rotatably connected to the third crank through a ninth shaft, a first connecting rod assembly is rotatably connected to the second crank through a seventh shaft, and all the shafts and the axes are spaced in parallel.
