Electric fuse
A safety fuse for use in a motor vehicle includes which fuse comprises a first contact metal portion, a second contact metal portion and a melting metal section connecting the first contact portion to the second contact portion. The melting section is enclosed by a casing made from a non-conductive material and includes two hollow half-shells provided with mutual coupling elements, each half-shell having an inner surface facing the melting section and an outer surface facing outside of the fuse. At least one of the half-shells is provided on at least part of the inner surface of an alveolar structure with open cells in the direction of the melting section. The alveolar structure is formed by a plurality of walls protruding from the inner surface and intersected with each other.
Charging inlet
A charging inlet includes an accommodation box and an inlet body to which the accommodation box is attached from a rear side. The accommodation box includes multiple terminals, an accommodation box body separately accommodating the terminals, multiple fuses, a fuse box integrated with the accommodation box body and separately accommodating the fuses, and multiple bus bars respectively electrically connecting the terminals to the fuses. The accommodation box body has a circular columnar shape and extends in a front-rear direction. The accommodation box includes multiple body receptacles that are open in a front end surface of the accommodation box to separately accommodate the terminals. The terminals accommodated in the body receptacles project from a front end surface of the accommodation box body. The bus bars are embedded into the accommodation box.
Low profile integrated fuse module
A fuse module including a mounting block formed of an electrically insulating material, the mounting block including a rear wall extending from a base, a fuse plate including an electrically conductive bus bar disposed on a bottom of the base, a fusible element electrically connected to the bus bar and disposed adjacent a rear of the rear wall, and a fuse terminal electrically connected to the fusible element and extending over a top of the rear wall, along a front of the rear wall, and onto a top of the base, the fuse module further including an electrically conductive terminal post extending from the top of the base through the fuse terminal for facilitating connection to an electrical component.
FUSE BOX FOR BATTERY OF VEHICLE
A fuse box for a battery of a vehicle includes: a lower housing having a space in which a fuse is housed and a bus bar for electrically connecting the battery and the fuse is seated; a plate-shaped upper housing having a through hole formed at a central portion thereof and a first extending portion extending upward along a circumference of the through hole, where the upper housing is assembled on an upper side of the lower housing; and a fuse cover that is coupled to an upper side of the upper housing to cover the fuse exposed through the through hole of the upper housing.
High current fuse block
A power distribution box assembly can include a power distribution box housing, a fuse block, and a plurality of eyelet terminals. The fuse block can include a stamped busbar assembly, a plurality of studs, and a housing. The stamped busbar assembly can include a main power supply portion, a plurality of fuse elements, and a plurality of terminal connecting portions coupled to the plurality of fuse elements. Each of the plurality of terminal connecting portions can: (i) extend from its respective fuse element in a terminal direction that is orthogonal to both directions that the main power supply portion and the fuse elements extend.
Electrical connection box
Provided is an electrical connection box in which a greater number of fuses can be inserted while suppressing an increase in size. An electrical connection box for a vehicle includes: an insertion housing that has a rectangular open port on one side and in which a plurality of rectangular insertion holes into which fuses are to be respectively inserted are provided facing the open port; a first insertion hole row in which a plurality of the insertion holes are provided side by side in a lengthwise direction of the open port, with long sides of the insertion holes adjacent to each other; and a second insertion hole row in which a plurality of the insertion holes are provided side by side in the lengthwise direction of the open port, with short sides of the insertion holes adjacent to each other.
LIQUID DISCHARGE STRUCTURE
A liquid discharge structure includes a bottom wall with a discharge opening for liquid, the liquid being collected inside a casing which is configured to be installed in a vehicle, a blocking wall disposed outside the bottom wall so that the blocking wall is overlapped with the discharge opening in a plan view on the bottom wall and opposed to the bottom wall with a gap, and a pair of vertical walls extending towards the bottom wall from the blocking wall in a front-rear direction of the vehicle, the pair of vertical walls being opposed to each other in a width direction of the vehicle, wherein the pair of vertical walls is configured to define a discharge path together with the bottom wall and the blocking wall, the discharge path being opened towards both of a front and rear side of the vehicle.
Power relay device with readily accessible connection terminal
A connection terminal 9 of a cable 8 is fastened to a right area of a terminal block of a relay box 1, using a bolt 26. At this time, a connection terminal 6 of a power supply cable 5 is not connected to a power supply-side terminal 11 or a relay terminal 15, and power is not supplied from a battery to power seats. Then, a tab 30 provided on the connection terminal 6 of the power supply cable 5 is inserted into the relay terminal 15 from an inlet 19, and the connection terminal 6 and the relay terminal 15 are electrically connected to each other temporarily. Thus, operations of the power seats are checked.
