A frozen food product dispensing machine includes a housing, a freezer barrel disposed within the housing, a plurality of drawers, and a manifold comprising a plurality of inlets and one outlet. The plurality of drawers are disposed within and slidably coupled to the housing and configured to each support a liquid food product mix reservoir. The inlets are each fluidly coupled to one of the liquid food product mix reservoirs, and the outlet is fluidly coupled to the freezer barrel to supply liquid food product mix from all of the liquid food product mix reservoirs to the freezer barrel.
Display counter for making and keeping liquid or semi-liquid food products
A display counter for making and keeping liquid or semi-liquid food products is characterized in that it is made up of a plurality of modules, each defining at least one product processing position and adapted to be connectable to each other in a plurality of configurations and combinations so that the display counter can adopt a plurality of operational compositions.
MACHINE FOR BATCH FREEZING AND DISPLAYING OF FRESH ICE CREAMS, SORBETS, SLUSHES AND SIMILAR PRODUCTS
A machine for batch freezing and displaying of fresh ice creams, sorbets, slushes and similar products provides a bench with a shelf in which at least one batch freezing receptacle is fitted that is closed by a lid and in which a stirrer is operating. In order to avoid the fogging of the lids the machine comprises one or more air flow generators and one or more conveyors connected to the generators for conveying the air flow to the lids.
Soft-serve dispensing machine with freezer drawers
A product dispensing apparatus includes a first drawer assembly including a first drawer containing a first product; and one or more refrigerated cylinders that is operable to receive the first product; where the first drawer is selectively movable from a first position to a second position, the second position extending outwards and away from the first position.
Machine and method for making and dispensing ice creams
A machine for making and dispensing ice creams, comprises in combination: a container designed to contain a basic mixture for converting it into ice cream; a mixer and a refrigeration system, operatively associated with said container respectively for mixing said basic mixture and for cooling said basic mixture in such a way as to convert it, in the container, into ice cream; a control and operating unit, operatively associated with said refrigeration system for controlling activation and deactivation of said refrigeration system and for regulating its cooling thermal power at least between a first, production thermal power and a second, preservation thermal power which is lower than said first, production thermal power, said control and operating unit being designed to allow said refrigeration system to be activated at the second, preservation power when said container is substantially empty.
Machine for products such as ice creams, granita or frozen beverages
A machine for producing and dispensing products such as ice cream, frozen beverages or granita has a transparent product container which is provided with a tap for dispensing the product and which contains an evaporator of a refrigerating circuit or cooling the product in the container and a mixer element for stirring the product. The machine is configured for diffusing a thin stream of moving air over the outer walls of the container. The machine may have a fan which emits an air flow inside a diffuser element which is arranged above the container and which defines a mouth around the top of the container and blows downwards the thin stream of air onto the outer walls of the container. The diffuser element may be advantageously formed in the lid the container.
Refrigeration systems for rapidly cooling food and drinks
A machine for cooling a food or drink includes a refrigeration system operable to cool ingredients for producing the cooled food or drink. The refrigeration system includes an evaporator defining a receptacle sized to receive the ingredients. The evaporator includes an inlet to receive a refrigerant and an outlet to discharge the refrigerant. The refrigeration system includes a closed-loop refrigerant path passing through the evaporator between the inlet of the evaporator and the outlet of the evaporator for exchanging heat between the received ingredients and the refrigerant to cool the received ingredients. The refrigeration system includes a compressor operable to pump the refrigerant through the closed-loop refrigerant path. The compressor includes an inlet to receive the refrigerant and an outlet to discharge the refrigerant. The refrigeration system includes a thermo-electric device located along the closed-loop refrigerant path between the outlet of the evaporator and the inlet of the compressor.
Apparatus and method for dispensing frozen confections
An apparatus (1) for dispensing a frozen confection is provided comprising: an insulated chamber (2) housing a container (3) of a frozen confection; a refrigeration system (8); a nozzle (4) having an inner end which is connected to the container (3); and an outer end which is located outside the insulated chamber (2); means for applying pressure to the frozen confection thereby to dispense it from the container (3); a cap (7) which can enclose the outer end of the nozzle (4) when closed and which allows external access to the outer end of the nozzle (4) when open; and one or more channels which allow cold air to flow from the chamber (2) into the region around the outer end of the nozzle (4).
REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS FOR RAPIDLY COOLING FOOD AND DRINKS
Systems and methods have demonstrated the capability of rapidly cooling the contents of pods containing the ingredients for food and drinks.
Machine and method for making ice cream
A machine for making ice cream includes a production unit including a processing container. The machine also includes a thermal treatment system associated with the processing container and a dispenser operatively connected to the processing container to allow extracting an ice cream type product from the machine. The machine also includes a supporting body fitted under the dispenser and a supporting element connected removably to the supporting body. The supporting element includes a receiving cavity, configured to reversibly house a container used to contain the ice cream type product delivered by the dispenser, and cooling means configured to cool the supporting element.
