FROZEN DISPENSING MACHINE HEAT TREATMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD
A method of performing a heat treatment cycle on a volume of product in a frozen food dispensing machine includes disconnecting a product storage portion of the machine from a freezing portion and a dispensing portion of the machine, defining a heat treatment circuit including the freezing portion and the dispensing portion of the machine, maintaining a first volume of product at the product storage portion at a product storage temperature and performing a heat treatment cycle on a second volume of product disposed in the heat treatment circuit at a heat treatment temperature greater than the product storage temperature.
Frozen food dispensing machine and method of operation
A frozen food dispensing machine includes a refrigerated first zone including a product storage chamber. A second zone is operably connected to the first zone for flowing product from the first zone. A third zone is configured to receive a flow of product from the second zone, freeze the flow of product and dispense the flow of product. The first zone, the second zone and the third zone are isolatable from each other.
DEVICES AND METHODS FOR DOSING
Systems and methods of producing a frozen food product include mixing ingredients with a liquefied gas, e.g. liquid nitrogen. The texture and quality of the food product may be determined by sensing temperature or viscosity, and controlling the rate at which the liquefied gas flows into the mixture, i.e. dosing. This functionality may be achieved using one or more scoops, the position of which may be controlled by actuators. The dosing may be controlled by a program that receives input from one or more sensors, and the program may be responsive to input of the type or amount of ingredients being mixed. In addition, the dosing may be controlled by a human being through a user interface, e.g. by pushing a ‘dose’ button.
Machine and method for the thermal treatment of liquid and semi-liquid food products
A machine for the thermal treatment of liquid and semi-liquid food products includes at least two tanks for containing respective products to be subjected to the thermal treatment, at least one dispenser for dispensing the product contained in said tanks, at least one stirrer mounted inside each tank for mixing the product contained therein, and thermal treatment means operatively acting on the products contained in the containers. The thermal treatment means includes at least one circuit for circulation of an operating fluid and two first heat exchangers operating according to a thermodynamic cycle; each of the two heat exchangers being associated with a respective tank. The thermal treatment means is configured to implement at least one operating mode of removing heat from the respective tank by one heat exchanger and simultaneously transferring heat to the respective tank by the other heat exchanger.
Rapidly cooling food and drinks
Systems and methods have demonstrated the capability of rapidly cooling the contents of pods containing the ingredients for food and drinks.
INTEGRATED MOTOR DRIVE SYSTEM FOR SOFT SERVE DISPENSER
A frozen confection dispensing apparatus includes a freezer section having a base product. A dispensing section is connected to the freezer section. The dispensing section includes a mixing cylinder and a plunger movably positioned within the mixing cylinder, the mixing cylinder including at least one injection port. A flavoring section includes a plurality of flavor syrups connected to a specified injection port. A stepper motor is connected to the plunger and moves the plunger within the mixing cylinder. A control mechanism is connected with the stepper motor and syrup pump selectively moving the plunger wherein a syrup dispense rate and timing is sequenced by the control mechanism with the stepper motor driven plunger wherein mixing of the base product and flavor syrup is precisely controlled.
Machine for making liquid or semi-liquid food products and method of operating the machine
A machine for making liquid or semi-liquid food products comprises: a frame; a first container containing a liquid or semi-liquid base product; a second container defining a processing chamber for processing a base mixture made up of the liquid or semi-liquid base product and a gas; a stirrer mounted inside the second container; thermal treatment means associated with the second container, acting in conjunction with the stirrer to convert the base mixture inside the second container into a finished liquid or semi-liquid product; a connecting duct connecting the first container to the second container and configured to connect the first container to the second container in such a way as to allow the base mixture to be transferred to the second container; a dispenser connected to the second container to allow dispensing the finished product.
FROZEN PRODUCT MACHINE
A frozen product machine that solves problems associated with conventional home ice cream and frozen product machines by prevents loss of product in the chamber and decreases freezing time for a liquid product. A cooling chamber is cooled by a cooling element that provides variable cooling temperatures throughout the cooling chamber. A temperature gradient, progressing from lower temperatures at the bottom of the chamber, or the outlet, to higher at the top of the chamber, or inlet, create a more efficient means of cooling a frozen product. An auger, that may be shaped to match the shape of the cooling chamber may include slots that allow for controlled flow of frozen product through the chamber to promote efficient cooling. Hinged fins may rotate from open to closed within the slot to further enhance flow of frozen product through the frozen product machine.
Effervescent beverage containing grain degradation product with refreshing foam
An effervescent beverage containing a grain degradation product which contains creamy and tasty foam having a refreshing texture and a new texture of a prolonged creamy-foam retention is formed on the effervescent beverage upon drinking, a method for dispensing and a dispenser of such effervescent beverage are disclosed. According to the present invention, there is provided a method for dispensing the effervescent beverage containing a grain degradation product by cooling the effervescent beverage and pouring it into a vessel to serve, wherein foam having a snow-like refreshing texture and a new texture of a prolonged creamy-foam retention is formed on the effervescent beverage, said method comprising: forming a slurry containing the extract-frozen microparticles by cooling and stirring the effervescent beverage, preparing the frozen foam of the effervescent beverage containing the extract-frozen microparticles and fine bubbles by cooling and stirring the slurry and incorporating the outside gas into the slurry, and supplying the prepared frozen foam of the effervescent beverage to the effervescent beverage poured into a vessel as a foam component.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR STORING AND DISPENSING FOOD WITH CHAMBERS ADJOINED BY A HEAT TRANSFER COMPOUND
A food dispensing system (1) including a graphite-based compound (6) that increases the heat transfer between a food storage compartment (3) and adjacent pipes (4), which may contain a propylene glycol fluid, for cooling the food product stored within the storage compartment (3). To assist with the production of a frozen food product, the system (1) may include a freezing chamber (16) adjoined via graphite-based compound (6) to pipes (23) adapted to freeze the food product.
