The present invention relates to an assembled material tube of hot and cold foods supplying machine, including a plurality of material tube bodies, in which penetrating feed channels are provided internally; each of the material tube bodies has a cooling channel provided with an inlet and an outlet to respectively and correspondingly input and output a working fluid through the cooling channel for performing thermal exchanges, whereby cooling occurs in segmentations for each of the feed channels; a plurality of temperature measurement units each of which is provided with a detecting end for detecting a temperature in the corresponding feed channel; and a plurality of heating units perform heating in segmentations for each of the feed channels. Accordingly, said machine can be separately used as hot food supplying machine or cold food supplying machine, so as to achieve the aim of using one machine for two purposes.

The cover defines a passage fluidly coupled to the food product volume. The machine further includes a spigot disposed within the passage and translatable along a longitudinal axis between a first position and a second position, and an actuator coupled to the spigot by an actuator interface. The spigot prevents a flow of food product through the passage when in the first position and allows the flow of food product through the passage when in the second position. The actuator is configured to selectively move the spigot between the first position and the second position. The spigot is configured to be removed from the cover while the cover is coupled to the housing.

The ice cream machine comprises a rotatable unit having a radial extension, a mould for receiving ice cream, the mould being arranged to rotate with the rotatable unit, an extrusion nozzle for extruding ice cream into the mould, the extrusion nozzle being arranged at the filling zone. The ice cream machine further comprises an ejection mechanism for ejecting ice cream radially out of the mould at the emptying zone. The invention also relates to a method for producing an ice cream product using an ice cream machine.
