Ice Cream Vending Machine
An improved interactive frozen confectionery vending machine with two alternate freezer enclosures storing a variety of ice creams in cups is presented. The vending machine further comprises a toppings dispensing and a control system enclosures. A programmable control system enables a customer to select one ice cream cup at a time of a flavor of his or her choide and customize the selected ice cream with a choice of automatically dispensed hard or soft toppings via a gear motor operated arm and flexible liquid topping delivery tubes. A Wi-Fi enabled payment system and an ice cream and topping selection are implemented via a touch screen. The vending machine interior is accessible by pre-authorized personnel only.
Method for obtaining ice cream cones and product thereof
The present disclosure relates to a method for preparing an ice cream cone, formed by a cone-shaped wafer and a layer of chocolate arranged on the inner face and upper edge of said wafer, with ice cream inside the ice cream cone. Another object of the invention is the ice cream cone obtained from said process.
WAFFLE CONE CHOCOLATE COATER AND COATING METHOD
A waffle cone coating assembly is disclosed. The waffle cone coating assembly includes a fountain assembly disposed within a basin. The fountain assembly includes a tube having an upper end spaced from the basin and a nozzle disposed at the upper end of the tube. The nozzle includes a plurality of coating outlets. A flange is disposed below the nozzle and includes a diameter greater than a diameter of the nozzle. A coating material is recirculated from the basin through the plurality of coating outlets and returns to the basin.
Apparatus and process for coating edible receptacles
The present invention provides an apparatus for coating an edible receptacle the apparatus comprising a nozzle for applying a fat-based coating material to the internal surface of the edible receptacle and a gas-dosing element with an external surface shape corresponding to the internal shape of the edible receptacle wherein the gas dosing element has at least one aperture suitable for the introduction of cooled gas into the edible receptacle. The invention also provides a process for manufacturing a coated edible receptacle for a frozen confection comprising the steps of: providing an edible receptacle; at least partially coating the internal surface of the edible receptacle by spraying a fat-based coating onto the internal surface of the edible receptacle; and introducing a gas-dosing element into the edible receptacle, wherein the gas-dosing element has an external surface shape corresponding to the internal shape of the edible receptacle and wherein cooled gas is introduced into the edible receptacle through the gas-dosing element and wherein the gas dosing element does not come into contact with the fat-based coating.
ICE CREAM CATCHER AND DISPENSER FOR FROZEN CONFECTION TOPPINGS

CHOCOLATE FOR FROZEN DESSERTS AND FROZEN DESSERTS
A chocolate for frozen desserts having manufacturing suitability when combined with the frozen desserts, good hardness, good flavor, and good melting feeling in the mouth is provided.
The chocolate for frozen desserts comprises 15% by mass or more of a cacao component, 3 to 9% by mass of cocoa butter, and 43 to 50% by mass of oils or fats, wherein the oils or fats comprised in the chocolate satisfy the following conditions (a) to (c): (a) comprise 10% by mass or less of a straight-chain saturated fatty acid having 14 or less carbon atoms as a constituent fatty acid; (b) comprise 10 to 25% by mass of a straight-chain saturated fatty acid having 16 to 18 carbon atoms as a constituent fatty acid; and (c) comprise 65 to 85% by mass of an unsaturated fatty acid as a constituent fatty acid.
A ROBOTIC ICE CREAM DELIVERY SYSTEM
A self-serve kiosk system comprising a controller interfacing an order configuration interface and a scoop subsystem comprising a robotic arm having a scoop mechanism at a distal end thereof. The scoop mechanism has a coplanar rim about the interior and the controller controls the robotic arm in a particular manner to position the scoop mechanism in relation to an ice cream container in accordance with an order received via the order configuration interface, to lower the scoop mechanism into the ice cream container and to stroke until the coplanar rim hits flat against an opposing inner side wall surface of the container thereby entrapping a fixed volume of ice cream between the opposing inner side wall surface and the interior of the scoop so that a fixed volume of ice cream can be extracted from the ice cream container for dispensing.
Frozen confectionery product with layered structure and apparatus for manufacturing same
A frozen confectionery product, a method of manufacturing same, and an apparatus are provided. The apparatus manufactures a frozen confectionery product by rotary vertical extrusion. The apparatus comprises a nozzle at least one ice cream passage with at least one inlet port and an outlet portion, and at least one chocolate passage with respectively an inlet port and an outlet port. The outlet ports are provided in the nozzle and have elongated cross-sections, and each chocolate outlet port extends in parallel to an ice cream outlet port, to form annular or helical chocolate layers upon rotation of the nozzle and the container with respect to each other.
