The delivery system may include an interconnected two piece bottle cap that together define a storage chamber that may hold the composition, and a bottle with a solvent connected to the interconnected two-piece bottle cap. The interconnected two-piece bottle cap may be in a locked or in an open state. The composition may be released into the solvent when the two-piece bottle cap interconnection is in the open state. The two-piece bottle cap may further include a delivery mechanism that switches the two-piece bottle cap interconnection from the closed state to the open state.

The present disclosure generally relates to edible compositions comprising naturally derived food colorants, and more specifically to edible compositions comprising naturally derived food colorants and a stability enhancing isoquercitrin anti-oxidant. A claim is directed to an edible composition comprising from about 0.0005 to about 3 percent by weight of a natural colorant; and from about 0.015 to about 0.15 percent by weight of enzymatically modified isoquercitrin antioxidant. The natural colorant is preferably selected from carotenoid, curcumin, anthocyanins, betanin, gardenia blue, gardenia yellow, chlorophyllins, phycocyanins and combinations thereof.

The safflower oil is 100% all natural, non-genetically modified organism (GMO), expeller pressed, solvent free, linoleic fatty acid rich oil wherein the linoleic fatty acid content is in a range from approximately 70% to approximately 80% of the total safflower oil that is mixed with a purified water and a mixture of at least one of an emulsifier, a flavoring, a natural sweetener, a natural coloring agent, and a gum.
