Substrate storage container
A substrate storage container comprises a container body that stores substrates, a lid that closes an opening of the container body, locking mechanisms provided on the lid and locking with the locking portions of the container body, and packing interposed between the container body and the lid, wherein the packing includes a first packing attached to the container body and a second packing attached to the lid, and wherein the first packing and the second packing are located inside the container body from positions of the locking portions when viewed from the direction orthogonal to the closing direction of the lid. As a result, a substrate storage container with improved internal cleanliness can be provided while also improving the sealability with respect to internal negative pressure and positive pressure.
Anti-ejection apparatus for wafer units
An anti-ejection apparatus for wafer units includes a lock bar and a guide pin. The lock bar alternately has a plurality of lock portions and a plurality of unlock portions. The lock portions are located at heights corresponding to those of insertion slots of a side plate of a cassette, and enable blocking of the insertion slots. The unlock portions enable unblocking of the insertion slots. The guide pin is connected to the lock bar and is disposed protruding downward from a bottom portion of the side plate of the cassette. When the guide pin is pressed upward at its lower end portion, the unlock portions and the insertion slots are communicated with each other. When the pressing of the lower end portion of the guide pin is cancelled, on the other hand, the insertion slots are blocked by lock portions.
Apparatus for storing and transporting semiconductor elements, and method of making the same
An apparatus for storing and transporting semiconductor elements includes a first portion and a second portion. The first portion includes a first front side wall, a first rear side wall, a top wall, and at least one pin holder integrally extending from the first rear side wall. The second portion includes a second front side wall, a second rear side wall, a bottom wall, and at least one pivotal pin structure integrally coupled with and extending from the second rear side wall. The at least one pivotal pin structure comprises a shaft, and a head connected with the shaft. The at least one pin holder defines a cavity sized and shaped to accept the head of the at least one pivotal pin structure. The first portion and the second portion are pivotally movable between an open configuration and a closed container configuration.
SUBSTRATE STORAGE CONTAINER AND FILTER UNIT
A housing accommodates: a valve body capable of moving between a closing position and an opening position in an outer opening portion, the closing position closing the outer opening portion and the opening position opening the outer opening portion; a biased member having a tubular shape and connected to the valve body, the biased member supported by the housing so as to be movable in the housing and guiding the movement of the valve body so as to move integrally with the valve body; and a biasing member biasing the biased member so that the valve body moves to the closing position.
LID OPENING-AND-CLOSING DEVICE
A first lid opening-and-closing mechanism includes: a first holder that holds an upper lid of a first container; a first protrusion provided to protrude from the first holder toward one side direction with respect to the first holder and extends to outside of a casing; and a first raising/lowering driver that raises and lowers the first holder in a cantilevered manner with the first protrusion interposed therebetween. A second lid opening-and-closing mechanism includes: a second holder that holds an upper lid of a second container; a second protrusion provided to protrude from the second holder toward the one side direction and extends to the outside of the casing; and a second raising/lowering driver that raises and lowers the second holder in a cantilevered manner with the second protrusion interposed therebetween. The first raising/lowering driver and the second raising/lowering driver are located outside the casing in the one side direction.
Board storing container
This board storing container is provided with a container body, a lid 3, and a lid-side board support unit 7 which, when the lid 3 closes a container body opening, is arranged in the part of the lid 3 opposite of the board storage space and which can support the edge of multiple boards. The lid-side board support unit 7 is provided with a lid-side board receiving unit which receives the edge of a board when supporting the board, and a frame part 71 held on the inner surface of the lid 3 and having a first surface 711 facing the inner surface of the lid 3 and a second surface 712 opposite of the first surface 711. The lid 3 is provided with a frame holding unit 35 for holding the frame 71 in an inserted state, and comprises a third surface 353 opposite of the first surface 711 and a fourth surface 354 opposite of the second surface 712. The lid-side board support unit 7 further is provided with a first protrusion 76 which, on the first surface 711 of the frame part 71, protrudes towards the third surface 353, and is provided with an engagement part 75 which, on the second surface 712 of the frame part 71, engages with the frame holding unit 35 in a state in which the frame part 71 is inserted.
RETICLE CONTAINER
A mask container for storing a mask for photolithography, includes a cover and a base having a plurality of tapered corners. The tapered corners taper outward and downward from a top major surface of the base. The cover having the tapered corners extends downward that covers the tapered corners of the base when the cover is attached to the base. The tapered corners of the cover are tapered at about the same angle as the tapered corners of the base so that a surface of the tapered corners of the cover is substantially parallel to a corresponding surface of the tapered corner of the base when the cover is attached to the base. A recess is located in the tapered corners of the cover. A biasing member and a ball-shaped member are located in the tapered corners of the base to mate with the recess when the cover is attached to the base.
Wafer accommodation container
Described herein are wafer accommodation containers. A wafer accommodation container (1) includes: a container body having one end that is provided with an opening (11) and another end that is provided with a mount element (12) on which wafers are stacked, the mount element (12) facing the opening (11); a cover (20) to cover the opening (11); and a connection mechanism (30) to detachably connect the container body (10) and the cover (20).
