A protective sleeve for treating injury to a wearer's elbow joint comprises a central pad; a protective opening one wearer's medial elbow region, a cap attached on the exterior side of the central pad; a relatively thin sheet; a cylindrical sleeve formed by the relatively thin sheet and the central pad; a first compression strip attached on the interior side within the upper portion of the central pad; a second compression strip attached on the interior side within the lower portion of the central pad; and a fastening means for securing the protective sleeve on the wearer's arm; and a treatment method thereof.

A body protection system comprising multiple protective assemblies that permits adjustability of the multiple assemblies in respect to one another thereby permitting a complete body protection system that is usable across different size personnel. The multiple protective assemblies may be separately adjusted permitting a one-size-fits-most capability for the different sized personnel. The body protection system permits reuse among different sized people thereby reducing overall costs associated with protecting members of law enforcement, military or other organizations. The body protection system may include a unique adjustable neck protectors that provides enhanced protection for the neck area. A shin guard includes a protective plate having a front face and a rear face. The rear face is contoured to fit around a shin of a wearer of the shin guard. Further, the shin guard includes a three dimensional image element carried on the front face. This image element projects an image outline through a sock worn over the shin guard. A sports pad is provided including an outer shell defining a pocket and a pad received and held in the pocket. A three dimensional image element is captured between said outer shell and the front face of the pad. The present disclosure provides athletic hand grips and methods of using the same. The hand grips may be provided in pairs and worn on both hands to protect the user's palms, in particular. The hand grips may be worn during various athletic activities, including weight lifting, CrossFit activities, and gymnastics, for example.

A hockey shirt with neck and wrist guards having reinforced, slash-resistant neck and wrist portions to protect a hockey player from being cut from a blade of an ice hockey skate on their neck or wrist. The hockey shirt includes a garment body having a pair of sleeves, an upper head opening, and a lower torso opening. The upper head opening further comprises a first reinforcement guard about a perimeter of the upper head opening. The first reinforcement guard is integral with the garment body and provides increased cut resistance. A distal end of each sleeve of the pair of sleeves includes a second reinforcement guard about a circumference of each distal end of each of the pair of sleeves. The reinforcement guards are integral with the garment body and provide increased cut resistance. Each of the reinforcement guards are made of para-aramid (p-aramid) fibers or KEVLAR.

A protective garment system includes a garment base and at least one protective element that is removably engageable with the garment base. In some configurations, a first protective element comprises a plurality of attachment or anchor features that interact with the garment base or another portion of the system to partially or fully engage the first protective element in a removable manner with the garment base. In addition or in the alternative, the protective garment can include a second protective element that is removably engageable with the garment base separately from the first protective element. The protective elements can be a knee cap and a knee pad.

Protective components may include a plate element and a cushioning element that are secured together with a hook-and-loop fastening system. The cushioning element may include a pair of material layers and a pad or a plurality of pad components located between the material layers. The plate element may include a polymer material and the pad may include a polymer foam material.

A three dimensional pad for wearing under sports clothing to produce a desired image through the sports clothing includes a removable pad having a body with a front face and a rear face. A three dimensional image element is secured to the front face of the body whereby when the pad is positioned underneath an exposed fabric area of the sports clothing a desired image outline is produced.

A knee protection device includes congruently joined outer and inner cover members having cooperatively disposed arcuate configured portions disposed to minimize engagement between strap portions of the outer and inner cover members with a back portion of a knee portion of a leg of a person using the device. The device further includes an outer pad member fabricated from relatively pliable material and disposed adjacent to the outer cover member, and an inner pad member fabricated from relatively more pliable material than the outer pad member and disposed between the outer pad member and the inner cover member. The positions of the outer and inner pad members, relative to the outer and inner cover members, are maintained by thread inserted through the outer and inner cover members and adjacent to the pad members after the pad members have been centrally disposed between the cover members. The cover members are peripherally joined together, and hook and loop members are secured to end portions of the cover members to enable the end portions of the cover members to ultimately be secured about the back portion of the knee portion of the leg of a person using the device.
