Face Mask Providing For Scent Releasing Layer
Face masks are described which provide for a scent releasing layer. In certain aspects, cloth face masks are described having a pocket into which a scent releasing layer may be placed. In certain other aspects, disposable facemasks are described which contain a scent releasing layer within the inner and outer layer of the face mask.
FILTERING MASK WITH ANTI-COUNTERFEIT FUNCTION
Embodiments relate generally to systems and methods for providing an anti-counterfeit element within a filtering mask. A method of manufacturing a filtering mask may comprise extruding a filtering material from a source of the filtering material; melt-blowing the extruded filtering material to form a plurality of fibers; collecting the melt-blown fibers onto an outer surface of a lathe, wherein the outer surface of the lathe comprises a logo pattern; forming a fiber material about the logo pattern on the outer surface of the lathe via the collected melt-blown fibers; removing the formed fiber material to create an anti-counterfeit layer for use in the filtering mask, wherein at least one surface of the anti-counterfeit layer comprises the logo pattern within the fiber material; and assembling the anti-counterfeit layer within the filtering mask.
Mask
A novel mask comprises a mask body and two ear loop attachments attached on a left side and a right side of the mask body. The mask body comprises a filtration layer and two fibrous layers laminated together. The filtration layer comprises multiple fibers with diameter at a range of 50 to 800 nm. The fibrous layer comprises multiple fibers with diameter at a range of 0.5 m to 8.0 m. The diameters of the fibers of the fibrous layer are greater than the diameter of the fibers of the filtration layer. When using the present invention, two ear loop attachments are extended around ears of the wearer. The mask body hence covers the nose and the mouth of the wearer. As the wearer inhaling and exhaling air, the air will pass through the fibrous layers and filtration layer of the mask body. Particles or pollutions carried by the air will be blocked and retained by the fibrous layer.
MASK SHEET, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME, AND MASK COMPRISING SAME
A sheet (10) for a mask has a first fiber layer (11) and a second fiber layer (12). The second fiber layer (12) has a higher trapping ratio for particles having a particle diameter exceeding 1 m and/or a smaller average fiber diameter than the first fiber layer (11). The basis weight of the second fiber layer (12) is from 1 to 20 g/m.sup.2. In a natural state, the second fiber layer (12) has a plurality of projections (13) projecting toward a surface of the second fiber layer (12) that is opposite to a surface of the second fiber layer (12) facing the first fiber layer (11) and depressions (14) that are each arranged between corresponding projections (13) of the plurality of projections (13). The depressions (14) have joined portions (15) where the second fiber layer (12) and the first fiber layer (11) are joined to each other.
MASK
A mask is provided. The mask according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an outer skin which forms an externally exposed surface when the mask is worn; an inner skin fixed to one surface of the outer skin so that an accommodation portion having at least one side open is formed between the outer skin and one surface of the inner skin facing the outer skin while the inner skin is in close contact with a user's face part when the mask is worn; a filter medium accommodated in the accommodation portion; and wearing portions provided on both sides of the outer skin to be respectively worn on the user's ears.
Flat-fold respirator with monocomponent filtration/stiffening monolayer
A flat-fold respirator is made from a stiff filtration panel joined to the remainder of the respirator through at least one line of demarcation. The panel contains a porous monocomponent monolayer nonwoven web that contains charged intermingled continuous monocomponent polymeric fibers of the same polymeric composition and that has sufficient basis weight or inter-fiber bonding so that the web exhibits a Gurley Stiffness greater than 200 mg and the respirator exhibits less than 20 mm H.sub.2O pressure drop. The respirator may be formed without requiring additional stiffening layers, bicomponent fibers, or other reinforcement and can be flat-folded for storage. Scrap from the manufacturing process may be recycled to make additional stiff filtration panel web.
SANITARY MASK SHEET
A sanitary mask sheet, in which a WC value indicating a work volume up to a maximum pressure in a thickness direction is 0.3 Pa.Math.m or more, and a capture rate of particles having a particle diameter of more than 1 m is 85% or more.
Molded Respirator with Integral Nose Pads Provided by Inwardly-Folded Tabs
A filtering face-piece respirator (10) having a cup-shaped, molded mask body (20) and having integral nose pads (21, 26) provided by inwardly-folded tabs (41, 46), which tabs (41, 46) are integral extensions of at least one layer of the mask body (20).
Respirator mask
An improved respirator mask that provides a tighter fit around a user's face and results in an improved seal therebetween and thereby eliminates the need for stocking different sized protective face masks and fit testing, and further provides greater protection due to the improved seal between the mask and the user's head and face. The improved respirator mask can further be fitted with specialized filters, exhalation valves, and eye guards.
PERFUMED DUST MASK
A face mask comprises a container coupled to a first surface of a face mask, a fragrance material disposed in the container, and an exhalation valve coupled to a second surface of the a face mask. The fragrance material comprises a fluid configured to evaporate from the fragrance material, and the container is configured to releasably engage the exhalation valve to form a closed chamber. The closed chamber is configured to enclose the fragrance material when the container is releasably engaged with the exhalation valve.
