THREE-DIMENSIONAL MASK WITH AN EXPRESSION WINDOW, AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD AND PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT THEREOF
The present invention discloses a three-dimensional mask with an expression window, and a manufacturing method and production equipment thereof; wherein a three-dimensional mask that splits open toward left and right as a bulge is provided for wearing. In a shielding region of mask body corresponding to a user's mouth, a refractive diaphragm is replaceably and tightly disposed and is expanded associatively following a preparation operation, so that a person with whom the user communicates can see through the expression of the user's mouth and the verbal the user manifests. Therefore, a three-dimensional mask for context communication and a coherent manufacturing method and production equipment thereof are provided, with some devices of the production equipment being able to be adapted in a same working region.
FACE MASK
A face mask includes a body, a first airflow member, and a second airflow member. The body is made of a see-through material and includes a first opening and a second opening. The first airflow member is coupled to the first opening. A filter is detachably mounted to the first airflow member and is aligned with the first opening. The second airflow member is coupled to the second opening. The second airflow member includes a chamber, at least one air inlet and at least one air outlet. The at least one air inlet intercommunicates with the outside. The at least one air outlet intercommunicates with an interior of the body and is misaligned from the at least one air inlet.
JSW REFILLABLE DUST MASK
An invention to house a disposable dust mask or N95 mask in an independent comfortable and reusable face mask frame.
Three-dimensional facemask with ultraviolet light and rain hood
A face mask assembly includes a body shell having walls arranged in a three-dimensional configuration having an open back and interior area partially air impermeable. The front wall includes a vent portion permeable to airflow. An outer shell includes walls coupled in a polygonal configuration defining an open back and interior area that receives the body shell. The outer shell walls are permeable to an ambient airflow. A rain shield having moisture impermeable walls has a configuration complementary to that of the outer shell and is releasably coupled to a front surface of the outer shell, such as with embedded complementary magnets or eyelet openings. The facemask assembly includes an ultraviolet (“UV”) light assembly in the body interior area adjacent the vent portion, or in the interior of the rain shield and adjacent the vent portion, the UV light assembly producing electromagnetic energy capable of suppressing germs when actuated.
FACE SHIELD
A face shield adapted to fit over a face of a user to cover a nose and mouth of the user. The face shield includes an exhale port, an attachment system to fasten the shield to the user, a fan insert receiver, and an air inlet opening connected to the fan insert receiver. A fan that attaches to the fan insert receiver. The fan includes a motor, fan blades attached to the motor and an air exit. The air exit of the fan is positioned to dump air from the air inlet opening into the area covered by the shield. An air filter is connected to the air inlet opening of the shield. An exhale valve is connected to the exhale port that allows waste air to exit the shield. There is a power source connected to the fan motor to run the fan.
SOFT SILICONE EDGED CUSHION FOR FACE AND OXYGEN MASKS WITH ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT SOURCE
A soft medical silicone edged cushion may significantly reduce air leakage and provide comfort to a wearer of a face mask, for example, when the face mask is continually worn by a healthcare worker for a twelve-hour shift of medical duty. The cushion may preferably be U-shaped and comprise a cross-section for holding an extra soft silicone gel or air, yet be sufficiently hard and elastic and of predetermined circumference to be adaptable to self-installation to the lateral edges of a face mask and coatable to protect from the escape of air and fit comfortably on a face despite the use of elastic straps with the face mask or the presence of solid plastic lateral edges of an oxygen mask or a ventilator mask. The cushion may be used to cushion a solid plastic laterally edged oxygen or ventilator mask against the use of elastic ties to tie the face mask around a patient's head. The face mask may comprise a UVC source of ultraviolet light controlled by buttons/displays/battery/USB charging port on the cushion or on a UVC cartridge replacing a filter of an N95 mask.
Transparent Protective Face Mask
A transparent protective face mask, typically for non-medical use, is provided. The mask comprises a protective face covering portion to cover at least a mouth and nose of a user; side portions respectively comprising head attachment means; and a mount portion for resting the mask adjacent to and in contact with the chin of the user, whereby the face covering portion of the mask is spaced apart from the face of the user except at the mount portion. In another embodiment, the face mask comprises a flexible chin panel hinged to the face covering portion. The chin panel is releasably lockable with the face covering portion. The face covering portion may also comprise a nose portion comprising a nose bridge portion, and one or more nose protuberances flanking the nose bridge portion, for engaging with opposite sides of the nose of a user.
FASTENER FORMED FACE MASK
Fastener formed face masks are provided including a flat fabric article having a first end, a second end and a central axis, a first fastener pair positioned between the first end and the central axis, and a second fastener pair positioned opposite the first fastener pair between the second end and the central axis, wherein the fastener formed face mask is predominantly flat in an unfastened position of both the first and second fastener pairs, and wherein the fastener formed face mask is cupped for fitting to a face of a wearer in a fastened position of both the first and second fastener pairs.
RETAINING RING FOR RESPIRATORY FACE MASKS
A continuous elongated ring configured to engage a filtration textile to a nose-mouth perimeter of a user, said continuous elongated ring including an upper curvilinear portion adapted to engage said filtration textile disposed about a nasal periphery of the user; said upper curvilinear portion including a pair of attachment features adapted to fastenly receive an upper support strap configured to engage the user's head, and a lower curvilinear portion adapted to engage said filtration textile disposed about a mouth periphery of the user, the lower curvilinear portion including a pair of attachment features adapted to fastenly receive a lower support strap configured to engage the user's head.
UV-C LED DISINFECTING APPARATUSES, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS
An ultraviolet (UV) germicidal irradiation system comprising: a light emitting diode (LED) disinfecting face mask comprising: a flexible mask body having a front surface and a back surface; a flexible printed circuitry (FPC) sheet disposed within the flexible mask body, the FPC sheet having a plurality of LEDs adapted to emit UV light, the plurality of LEDs facing the front surface; a vibration sensor electrically connected to the FPC sheet, the vibration sensor being adapted to detect vibrations; a UV-reflective layer disposed behind the FPC sheet, the UV-reflective layer being adapted to reflect the UV light; and a light diffusion layer disposed in front of the FPC sheet, the light diffusion layer being adapted to scatter the UV light; and a control module comprising: a central processing unit (CPU), an LED driver, and a power source; the CPU being in electrical communication with the LED driver and the vibration sensor.
