Launderable Cap Assembly And Method Of Use
A launderable cap assembly allowing laundering of a cap without damaging its bill includes a crown and a bill. The bill comprises a sleeve and a panel. An upper piece of the sleeve is attached to the crown's front so that the sleeve's open end is positioned proximate to the crown's perimeter. The panel is insertable into the sleeve so that a leading edge of the panel is positioned proximate to a closed end of the sleeve and a trailing edge of the panel is positioned proximate to the perimeter of the crown. The panel is semirigid so that the bill extends from the front of the crown, where is can shade eyes of a user upon donning of the crown. The panel can be extracted from the sleeve, thereby positioning a user to first launder the crown and the sleeve and then to reinsert the panel into the sleeve.
HAT WITH ROTATABLE AND REMOVABLE BRIM
A hat including a crown with a base. An outer headband layer is affixed to the crown at the base by a base seam that extends around a circumference of the crown. an inner headband layer is affixed to the outer headband layer at a position opposite the base to define a circumferential pocket between the outer headband layer and the inner headband layer. A rail has a T-shaped cross section disposed in the pocket. The T-shaped cross section is defined by a stem and an arm. The rail is affixed to the outer headband layer and the inner headband layer by a first rail seam through the stem, the outer headband layer, and the inner headband layer. The rail is further affixed to the outer headband layer by a second rail seam only through the outer headband layer and the stem. A bill has a track with a figure four shaped cross section affixed thereon. The track has a channel that receives and retains the rail therein to guide the bill around the crown.
ROTATABLE BRIM CAP WITH STABILIZED TRACK TRANSITION INTERFACE
A cap includes an elongate track that extends along the lower edge of the crown has opposing free ends or edges when formed along a generally circular path. A slide, connected to the brim, can slide along the track. A pin or wire aligns the opposing edges of the track when brought into abutment to form an interface parting line. One or more tapes extend across the interface parting line to prevent relative movements of the opposing edges about the pin or wire thereby fixing and stabilizing the opposing edges at the interface parting line to maintain alignment and eliminate discontinuities at the opposing edges to insure smooth movements of the brim independently of the position of said brim along the track.
Fan module and hat with fan module
A fan module and a hat with a fan module are disclosed. The fan module includes a case, a fan, and an air guide tube. The case includes a connecting portion, wherein the case is detachably engaged with a visor of a hat. The case has a receiving space and an air outlet, wherein the air outlet communicates with the receiving space. The fan is rotatably provided in the receiving space of the case. An airflow is generated when the fan rotates, wherein the airflow is exhausted out of the case through the air outlet. The air guide tube is connected to the case, and guides the airflow to a space between the head of a wearer and the main body. Whereby, the hat with the fan module could provide not only sunscreen protection, but also a cooling effect.
Four Bill Hat
The present invention provides a hat with a plurality of sun visors/brims, 4, around the edges of the hat, utilized to prevent vision obstruction of brightness caused by the Sun or of the likes. Furthermore, the present invention provides a hat with a plurality of sun visors/brims that can rotate alongside the edges of the hat, and stoppers so the brims can be fixed to a preferred position. The present invention comprises a hat, first brim, a second brim, a third brim, and a fourth brim. The brims can be removed or fixed.

Adjustable visor for hats and visors
The shading devices provided within hats and visors currently on the market are limited when the sun is at lower angles from the viewers eyes.
The purpose of this adjustable visor is to provide the user with additional shading that off-the-shelf hats or visors do not currently offer.
The adjustable visor extends as needed td provide the user with additional shading and retracts when additional shading is no longer required.
The additional shading provided by the adjustable visor affords the user greater visibility while outdoors resulting in a more comfortable experience while in the sun.
