Construction Hard Hat With Integrated Air Circulation, Camera, Display and Face Mask
A hard hat style helmet includes a powered and filtered air intake and distribution system. The air distribution system directs filtered air into a breathing mask structured and located to cover a wearer's mouth and nose. The helmet includes wireless telecommunication features and a speaker and microphone to enable hands-free voice calling. The helmet also includes a camera for transmitting the wearer's field of view. The helmet also includes a transparent display inside the wearer's field of view and another display outside the wearer's field of view.
Safety Headwear Systems and Accessories
One or more devices for coupling lighting elements to safety headwear are described. The devices include an element that emits light, a unit that provides power, and a coupling element to couple the device to safety headwear.
HELMET LIGHTING SYSTEM
A helmet including a lighting system integrated into said helmet, the lighting system comprising a first layer; light emitting means mounted to said first layer; controller means mounted to said first layer for controlling said light emitting means; wiring means for linking said light emitting means to said controller means; a second layer fixably attached to said first layer thereby providing an area between said first and second layer for said light emitting means, controller means, and wiring means; power means fixably attached to said second layer for powering said controller and light emitting means; and operating means functionally linked to said controller means for operating said controller means. The application also discloses lighting system contained in a shell that that can be attached to an existing helmet. This application also discloses a lighting system contained in a flexible material that can be fitted onto an existing helmet.
Modular helmet system
A helmet mounting system for attaching an accessory device to a helmet includes one or more cables with a hook for removably engaging the brim of the helmet. Each cable has an end attached to a spool which is rotatable in a first direction for winding of the cable(s) around the spool and a second direction for unwinding the cable. A tensioning mechanism is coupled to the spool. In certain embodiments, one or more accessory devices are electrically coupled to a power and data management module for routing power, data and control signals to the one or more accessory devices. Accessory devices are interchangeable, providing a modular system that can be customized to meet mission requirements and accessory devices are removable and replaceable as mission requirements change.
Systems and Methods for An Intelligent Motorcycle Helmet
An intelligent motorcycle helmet system includes a helmet assembly and a first control module incorporated into the helmet assembly and communicatively coupled to a set of helmet-mounted lighting components. A haptic feedback module is incorporated into the helmet assembly. A second control module is configured to be removably mounted to a motorcycle. The first control module selectively activates the helmet-mounted lighting components to reflect the state of the left and right turn signals and the brake light of the motorcycle as determined via the second control module and the lighting state sensing module. The first control module selectively actuates the haptic feedback module during operation of the motorcycle in response to at least one event associated with the motorcycle.
Light-emitting systems for headgear
A light-emitting system is provided which is removably attachable to headgear for personal illumination to enhance visibility of the user to others. The light-emitting system includes a housing that defines a receiving aperture and is configured to surround a portion of the headgear when the light-emitting system is removably attached to the headgear for use. The light-emitting system further includes at least one lens and a plurality of lighting elements coupled to the annular housing which are configured to selectively generate a halo or at least a partial halo of light that radiates outwardly away from the annular housing through the at least one lens to provide enhanced personal illumination.
Multi-featured miniature camera
The present invention proposes a multi-featured miniature camera. The components of the camera mainly comprise of an image capturing means, multiple activating means, an infrared radiating means, a microphone, multiple Bluetooth connection means, an identification chip means, a wireless power charging means, a wireless data transfer means, an image processing means and a location determination means. The camera provides wireless power and data transfer, image recognition, Push-To-Talk (PTT) function, multiple Bluetooth communication etc. This multi-featured camera is mounted on different application areas such as on the helmet of police officers, sport players, firefighters etc. The camera body is designed in such a way, that it easily fits on the helmet.
Method and apparatus for head protection and providing air flow
Provided is a head protection device with multiple face shields, where the head protection device is configured to be able to provide a flow of air to a user of the head protection device. The air flow may be provided by an external air providing device.
