WELDING HELMET HAVING AUTOMATIC WIRELESS LIGHT-BLOCKING MEANS AND CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a welding helmet including a wireless auto light shield part and a controlling method thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to a welding helmet including a wireless auto light shield part capable of improving convenience of a welding operation, protecting eyes of a worker from direct light during welding operation, and preventing frost from being formed on the viewing window by shielding or opening a viewing window through elevation of a shield glass while automatically driving the light shield part in a wireless scheme by operation of a torch switch, and a method of controlling the same.

FULL-FRAME ADHESIVE ANTI-FOG FILM STRUCTURE
The present invention is to provide a full-frame adhesive anti-fog film structure, comprising: an anti-fog film, which has a front side and a back side opposing the front side; and an adhesive, which is disposed at an edge of the back side and arranged along the edge so as to be frame-shaped. The anti-fog film of the present invention is attachable to a planar, cylindrical or spherical lens through the full frame-shaped adhesive so that not only can the anti-fog film be fully attached to the lens but the full attachment of film also prevents bubbles from forming between the two attached surfaces. Also, an airtight space is formed between the full-frame adhesive anti-fog film structure and the lens to stop heat transfer and prevent fog from being formed, so as to not only provide good vision to users but also reduce the chance that the user will fall prey to an accident if the user's view is blocked.
Receiver dynamic power management
A method of adjusting signal processing in a receiver based on signal strength includes determining a received signal strength indicator (RSSI) level, defining an RSSI value to be high when the RSSI level is above a first threshold or defining the RSSI value to be low when the RSSI level is below the first threshold, determining an automatic gain control (AGC) gain level, defining an AGC value to be high when the AGC gain level is above a second threshold or defining the AGC value to be low when the AGC gain level is below the second threshold, and adjusting power consumption of one or more receiver stages based on the RSSI value and the AGC value.
