SHOE WITH WATERPROOF AND VAPOR-PERMEABLE SOLE AND UPPER
A shoe including a waterproof and vapor-permeable sole and an assembly associated in an upper region with respect to the sole. The assembly includes: an external vapor-permeable upper, an internal lining and, interposed between them, a first waterproof and vapor-permeable functional element, and a perforated or vapor-permeable insole, which is joined in a perimetric region at least to the lining. A flexible waterproof element is associated in a lower region with respect to the insole, at least partially perforated or vapor-permeable at a vapor permeation area, the sole being joined perimetrically to form a seal to the assembly and to the flexible element.
VENTILATED SHOE
A ventilated shoe, including a sole and an upper assembly associated therewith in an upward region, the upper assembly including: an external upper, with which an inner lining is associated which is constituted at least partly by a first element that defines at least one interspace that separates the foot of the user from the external upper and includes preferential passages for sweat that moves away from the foot of the user toward the upper external edge of the shoe; and a breathable insole, joined perimetrically at least to the inner lining.
SELF-CLEANING FOOTWEAR SYSTEM
The invention described herein is a self-cleaning footwear system comprising a sole, where a plurality of check valves are located within said sole. The plurality of check valves are preferably configured between an upper sole and a lower sole to allow debris to flow downwards but not upwards. The plurality of check valves preferably further comprise flap assemblies, where a length of flexible material preferably further comprises a semi-circular flap on one end. The flexible material is preferably a rubber-type material. The sole could be attached to normal footwear, as shown in a sandal. Alternately, the sole could be attached to any type of footwear.
INTELLIGENT FABRIC, INTELLIGENT SHOE AND INTELLIGENT GARMENT
The present disclosure provides an intelligent fabric, an intelligent shoe and an intelligent garment. The intelligent fabric includes: a base layer provided with vent holes and a thermal insulation layer arranged on the base layer and capable of being moved relative to the base layer; a temperature sensor configured to detect temperature information; and a controller connected to the temperature sensor and the thermal insulation layer, and configured to control the thermal insulation layer to be moved relative to the base layer in accordance with the temperature information detected by the temperature sensor, so as to switch the thermal insulation layer between a state where the thermal insulation layer covers the vent holes completely and a state where the thermal insulation layer does not cover the vent holes, or among the state where the thermal insulation layer covers the vent holes completely, a state where the thermal insulation layer covers a portion of the vent holes, and the state where the thermal insulation layer does not cover the vent holes.

The shoe further comprises a ventilating sole element having a structure or material allowing for air flow through it, said ventilating sole element being attached to said upper assembly (8), wherein at least one lateral passage (50) extends from said structure or material through a side wall (702) of said ventilating sole element, said lateral passage (50) allowing for communication of air between said structure or material of said ventilating sole element and an outside of said ventilating sole element.

A waterproof and vapor-permeable shoe, comprising a sole, provided with a vapor permeation region, an assembly insole, which is covered, toward the sole, by at least one first gasket made of waterproof material, which has at least one vapor-permeable or perforated portion above the vapor permeation region, which, once assembled, covers an upper shoe assembly, which comprises at least one vapor-permeable lining, a vapor-permeable upper, and a waterproof and vapor-permeable upper membrane that is between them, the upper shoe assembly being associated with the assembly insole, and at least one second gasket, which adheres so to form a waterproof seal to the first gasket and is glued to the lower edge of the upper, the second gasket forming a waterproof sealing region of the upper shoe assembly and the first gasket to the sole.

A method for providing a waterproof and vapor-permeable shoe, including: constructing an upper shoe assembly, including at least one vapor-permeable lining, a vapor-permeable upper, and a waterproof and vapor-permeable upper membrane that is between them; fixing to a vapor-permeable assembly insole a first gasket made of waterproof material, which has at least one vapor-permeable or perforated portion; lasting, to obtain an upper assembly of the shoe; sealing the lasting margins to the first gasket by a second gasket, including adhesion of the second gasket; and assembling, including connection of a sole to the upper assembly at least by the adhesion of material that composes the sole to the second gasket.
Breathable and Cooling Shoe
The present invention discloses a breathable and cooling shoe. The shole includes a sole. An exhaust channel is provided on the sole for communicating the interior of the shoe with the external environment. A heat-dissipating component is disposed on the sole, the heat-dissipating component cooperating with the exhaust channel such that, when air inside the shoe is discharged through the exhaust channel to the outside, the heat from the heat-dissipating component is carried away. By incorporating the heat-dissipating component in the exhaust direction, the invention enables faster transfer and discharge of heat from inside the shoe to effectively reducing the internal temperature and providing a more comfortable and cool wearing experience.
