The present invention relates to a shoe which comprises an insole having lapillus attached thereto and a foot correction outsole, wherein: the insole is positioned inside the shoe, has an upper shape protruding by a predetermined interval, and includes lapillus attached to the position of a first kidney meridian point (KI1) to perform acupressure on the foot of a shoe wearer and thus help blood circulation; and the outsole has elastic forces differently applied to positions on a plane, so that health-related harmful factors caused by a weight bias due to genu varum or genu valgum are prevented and legs are corrected. As described above, a shoe which comprises an insole having lapillus attached thereto and a foot correction outsole according to the present invention has lapillus emitting far-infrared rays, having a predetermined porosity, and exhibiting an aesthetic impression, wherein: the lapillus is attached to a shoe insert to enhance health and secure an aesthetic impression; and another shoe insert having a different protrusion surface may be used to adjust the degree of acupressure applied to the sole of a user's foot. The shoe also comprises a lower plate which is made of a lattice-shaped elastic substance and by which a user's body weight may be buffered. The insole has a foot corrector attached thereto and installed thereat, and the outsole has regions having different elastic forces. Accordingly, the shoe can prevent a shoe wearer from developing hallux valgus and correct genu varum or genu valgum.

A sole structure for an article of footwear is provided and includes a midsole having a first surface, a second surface formed on an opposite side of the midsole than the first surface, a first cavity formed in the first surface and tapering in a direction from the first surface toward the second surface, and a second cavity formed in the second surface and tapering in a direction from the second surface toward the first surface. A first quantity of particulate matter is disposed within the first cavity and a second quantity of particulate matter is disposed within the second cavity.

A sole structure for an article of footwear having an upper includes an outsole, a plate disposed between the outsole and the upper, and a first cushioning layer. The plate includes an anterior-most point disposed in a forefoot region of the sole structure, a posterior-most point disposed closer to a heel region of the sole structure than the anterior-most point, and a concave portion extending between the anterior-most point and the posterior-most point. The concave portion includes a constant radius of curvature from the anterior-most point to a metatarsophalangeal (MTP) point of the sole structure. The MTP point opposes the MTP joint of a foot during use. The first cushioning layer is disposed between the concave portion and the upper.

A sole structure for an article of footwear having an upper includes an outsole, a plate disposed between the outsole and the upper, and a first cushioning layer. The plate includes an anterior-most point disposed in a forefoot region of the sole structure, a posterior-most point disposed closer to a heel region of the sole structure than the anterior-most point, and a concave portion extending between the anterior-most point and the posterior-most point. The concave portion includes a constant radius of curvature from the anterior-most point to a metatarsophalangeal (MTP) point of the sole structure. The MTP point opposes the MTP joint of a foot during use. The first cushioning layer is disposed between the concave portion and the upper.

A plate for an article of footwear includes a substrate, a first strand portion attached to the substrate via first stitching, and a second strand portion disposed on the first layer. The first strand portion includes first segments that each extend between two different locations along the substrate to form a first layer on the substrate. The second strand portion includes second segments that each extend between two different locations along the substrate to form a second layer on the first layer.

A plate for an article of footwear includes a substrate, a first strand portion attached to the substrate via first stitching, and a second strand portion disposed on the first layer. The first strand portion includes first segments that each extend between two different locations along the substrate to form a first layer on the substrate. The second strand portion includes second segments that each extend between two different locations along the substrate to form a second layer on the first layer.

An article of footwear comprising: a sole; an upper, attached to the sole; and a full length footbed located inside the upper; wherein a portion of an underside of the full length footbed is attached relative to the sole with an underside of a forward portion of the full length footbed being unattached for placement of a forefoot cushion thereunder and/or an underside of a rearward portion of the full length footbed being unattached for placement of a heel raise thereunder.

An article of footwear comprising: a sole; an upper, attached to the sole; and a full length footbed located inside the upper; wherein a portion of an underside of the full length footbed is attached relative to the sole with an underside of a forward portion of the full length footbed being unattached for placement of a forefoot cushion thereunder and/or an underside of a rearward portion of the full length footbed being unattached for placement of a heel raise thereunder.

A sole structure for an article of footwear includes a midsole having a footbed extending from a first end to a second end disposed at an opposite end of the midsole than the first end, a first flange extending in a first direction from the first end of the footbed to a first distal end and a second flange extending in a second direction from the second end of the footbed to a second distal end, and an outsole disposed on an opposite side of the midsole than the footbed and extending from the first distal end through a mid-foot region, the outsole including a greater rigidity than the midsole.

Systems and methods are described for a shoe sole for relieving pressure from a wearer's metatarsal heads. In one aspect, a shoe sole comprises a shoe outer sole comprising a shaft region, a ball region, and a toe region. The shaft region underlies metatarsal shafts of the wearer and comprises a first lower surface, the ball region underlies metatarsal heads of the wearer and comprises a second lower surface, and the toe region underlies phalanges of the wearer and comprises a third lower surface. The second lower surface is raised relative to the first lower surface and the third lower surface.
