INTERCONNECTOR PLATE FOR A FUEL CELL, AND FUEL CELL SYSTEM FOR AN AIRCRAFT
20220037678 · 2022-02-03 ·

An interconnector plate for a fuel cell and a fuel cell system for an aircraft. For better extraction of the energy generated by the fuel cell, an interconnector plate can be attached by form fit to fixing studs of the fuel cell by retaining eyes. The interconnector plate may additionally be secured using glass solder. In preparation for a higher power density, a fuel cell can be produced in ceramic by 3D-printing and has an improved power density because of its helical shape.

Proton-battery based on graphene derivatives

An apparatus comprises an anode formed of graphene oxide from an acidic pH; a cathode from a pH greater than the acidic pH of the anode; and charge collectors deposited on the anode and the cathode. The anode comprises graphene oxide, the graphene oxide comprising an ink and having a pH of about 1 to about 4.

A first separator member forming a power generation cell, which is a fuel cell, includes a first separator body. A first support bead, which is formed to be lower in height than a first seal bead and restricts the inclination of the first seal bead, is provided outside a first seal in the first separator body. The width of the first support bead varies depending on the position of the first support bead in the direction in which the first support bead extends.

Method for producing a bipolar plate

A method for producing a bipolar plate for a fuel cell stack includes the following steps: providing two half-plates made of sheet metal, which form the bipolar plate when arranged on top of one another, wherein the half-plates are profiled via deformation of the sheet metal, and wherein, as a result of the profiling, the two half-plates arranged on top of one another contact at at least one contact region and do not contact at at least one non-contact region; carrying out at least one first cut in the non-contact region of at least one half-plate, before the half-plates are arranged on top of one another; Arranging the two half-plates on top of one another and connecting same; and carrying out at least a second cut in the contact region through both half-plates after they have been arranged on top of one another and connected.
