The present invention regards a sole for a sport shoe, work shoe or leisure shoe including a main body having a lower layer delimiting a surface, lower during use, set to come into contact with the ground and an upper layer set to come into contact with a foot of a user or to support from the bottom, during use, an insole.

SOLE STRUCTURE WITH PROPRIOCEPTIVE ELEMENTS AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A SOLE STRUCTURE

A sole structure for an article of footwear comprises a midsole body having a proximal surface and a distal surface. Proprioceptive elements may extend in the hole in the midsole body, and translate toward the proximal surface in the holes upon a force directed along a central axis of the hole at a distal end of the proprioceptive elements. In various embodiments, the holes may angle relative to vertical from the proximal surface to the distal surface, the holes may be defined by perforations and the proprioceptive elements may be integral portions of the midsole body, or the midsole body may have a plurality of annular holes at the proximal surface, and a plurality of annular recesses in the distal surface, and a plurality of proprioceptive elements, each centered in a different annular hole of the plurality of annular holes. Methods of manufacturing articles of footwear are described.

A sole for a shoe may be provided. In one implementation, the sole may include an outsole having a ground contacting surface and a foot facing surface, and an injection-molded midsole configured to be positioned between the outsole and the foot of the user. The outsole may include at least a first projection and a second projection that extend from the foot facing surface towards the midsole, each projection having a proximal part joined to the foot facing surface and a distal part opposite from the proximal part, so that the distal part extends into the midsole. The polymer material of the midsole may extend into a space between the first projection and the second projection so that the polymer material provides a coupling between the first projection and the second projection in an area that is distal to the proximal parts of the first and second projections.

The invention relates to an insole structure with decompression. It comprises an insole main body, and a guiding thin pad portion and a rear thin pad portion disposed on the insole main body, wherein the guiding thin pad portion provides capacity for an area given from metatarsophalangeal joints connected with a first phalanx and a first metatarsal till a fifth phalanx and a fifth metatarsal of the anterior sole, and the rear thin pad portion provides capacity for the calcaneus and have the first metatarsophalangeal joint stay at the lowest place while stepping.

FLEXIBLE SOLE FOR ARTICLE OF FOOTWEAR
20200237049 · 2020-07-30 ·

A sole structure for an article of footwear comprises a midsole coupled to an outsole. The midsole comprises a plurality of sipes on a first side and a plurality of sipes on a second side opposite the first side. The sipes partition portions of the midsole body into impact attenuation cells on the first and second sides of the midsole. The second side of the midsole further comprises a plurality of grooves and a plurality of protruding members separated by the grooves. The protruding members extend from a midsole body towards the outsole when the midsole is coupled to the outsole, spacing the midsole body apart from the outsole. When coupled together, the midsole and the outsole form voids at the grooves. The grooves, protruding members, and sipes provide increased flexibility to the midsole even when the midsole is coupled to the outsole.
