The terminal member has a first extended part extending further outward than an outer periphery of the terminal hole on the outer side of the power storage device. A first protruding part or a second recessed part provided to the first insulating member and a first recessed part or a second protruding part provided to the sealing plate or to the first extended part fit with each other.

The disclosure provides a cover plate assembly for a battery and a battery device. The cover plate assembly for the battery includes a top cover; a conductive structure arranged on the top cover, the conductive structures including at least one pole for conducting electricity; at least one connection structure, a first end of each connection structure being electrically connected to a corresponding pole, a second end of the each connection structure being electrically connected to a tab of a cell, and the second end of the each connection structure being provided with an installation hole; and a locking structure including at least one locking member, each locking member penetrating the tab to be fixedly connected to the installation hole, to lock the tab on the connection structure.

A secondary battery includes an electrode assembly including a first electrode bent in a zigzag shape, a second electrode bent in a zigzag shape to overlap the first electrode, and a separator bent in a zigzag shape to be interposed between the first and second electrodes; a can configured to accommodate the electrode assembly; and a cap part mounted in an opening of the can. An upper end of the first electrode is disposed on the uppermost end of the electrode assembly to extend longer than the second electrode, a lower end of the second electrode on the lowermost end of the electrode assembly extends longer than the first electrode, a first protrusion piece bonded to the cap part provided on the upper end of the first electrode, and a second protrusion piece bonded to the can provided on the lower end of the second electrode.

The end cover assembly is used for a battery cell, and includes a cover plate, the cover plate is provided with a pressure relief hole penetrating through the cover plate in a thickness direction, a breathable film, arranged opposite to the pressure relief hole and configured to exhaust gas inside the battery cell, a projection of the breathable film in the thickness direction does not overlap with a projection of the cover plate in the thickness direction; and a fixing member, configured to connect the cover plate to fix the breathable film. The application intends to solve the problem of a large space occupied by the breathable film.

The embodiments of this application provide a battery cell, a battery, an electrical device, and a battery cell manufacturing method and device, which pertains to the technical field of batteries. The battery cell includes an electrode assembly, a housing, an end cover assembly, and a support piece. The electrode assembly includes a main body and tabs. The housing has an opening and is used to accommodate the electrode assembly. The end cover assembly is used to cover the opening. The support piece is located between the main body and the end cover assembly, the tabs are bent around the support piece, and the support piece is configured to prevent the main body from moving along a direction facing the end cover assembly.
BATTERY INSULATION STRUCTURE
This battery insulation structure includes a double-walled insulating container 1 including an insulating container main body 2 in which an insulating space S1 is provided between an inner wall 21 and an outer wall 22, and an insulating lid 3 in which an insulating space S2 is provided between an inner lid 31 and an outer lid 32, and a battery body 4 housed in the insulating container 1, wherein the battery body 4 is arranged to be spaced apart from the inner wall 21 of the insulating container main body 2 and the inner lid 31 of the insulating lid 3. This battery insulation structure can be adapted to both a very low-temperature external environment and a very high-temperature external environment, and can reduce the influence of the temperature of the external environment on the batter as much as possible.
