Secondary battery
The present invention relates to a secondary battery capable of improving the coupling force between a safety vent and a cap-up. For example, disclosed is a secondary battery comprising: an electrode assembly; a case for accommodating the electrode assembly; a cap assembly coupled to the upper part of the case; and a gasket interposed between the cap assembly and the case, wherein the cap assembly includes a cap-up and a safety vent, which is provided at the lower part of the cap-up and has a vent extension part extending to the upper part of the cap-up so as to encompass the edge of the cap-up, a welding region, in which the safety vent and the cap-up are welded and coupled by laser welding, is formed in the vent extension part, and the welding region is formed in a line shape.

Secondary battery comprising a deformed gasket and method for manufacturing the same
A button-type secondary battery of the present invention comprises: a first can having a first side surface extending vertically from a circumference of a first base surface; a second can having a second side surface extending vertically from a second base surface; and a gasket disposed between the first side surface and the second side surface when the first can and the second can are coupled to each other. The second base surface has a greater diameter than the first base surface, and the first can and the second can are coupled to each other with the first side surface inserted inside the second side surface. The first and second cans are fixed together by deforming the gasket so as to extend into a vent hole punched in the second side surface of the second can. A method for manufacturing the button-type secondary battery is also provided.
Cylindrical battery
A cylindrical battery including a battery case and a lid, the battery case having an opening doubly wound and tightened to be sealed by an outer peripheral portion of the lid, wherein an opening-side outer peripheral portion of the battery case has a diameter reduced inward in the radial direction, an outer peripheral surface of the battery case is covered with a label, a space surrounded by the outer peripheral surface of the battery case, the outer peripheral portion of the lid, and the label is provided, and 1.2×T1≤D≤2.7×T1 is satisfied in a range of 0.1 mm≤T1≤0.5 mm, where D is a diameter of an inscribed circle that is tangent to the outer peripheral surface of the battery case, the outer peripheral portion of the lid, and the label, and T1 is a thickness of the battery case.
RECHARGEABLE BATTERY
A rechargeable battery includes: an electrode assembly including a first electrode, a second electrode, and a separator disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode; a case that is connected to the first electrode to accommodate the electrode assembly, and includes an opening exposing the electrode assembly and a first side wall forming the opening; a cap plate that is coupled to the case to cover an outer area of the opening, and includes a through-hole exposing a central area of the opening and a second side wall overlapping the first side wall in a horizontal direction; a terminal plate that is connected to the second electrode to be insulation-bonded to the cap plate and covers the through-hole; and a first bonding layer that is positioned between the first side wall of the case and the second side wall of the cap plate, and bonds the first side wall and the second side wall.
BATTERY CELL, BATTERY, POWER CONSUMPTION APPARATUS, METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING BATTERY CELL
Embodiments of the present application provide a battery cell, a battery, a power consumption apparatus, a method for producing a battery cell and an apparatus for producing a battery cell. The battery cell includes: a pressure relief mechanism, the pressure relief mechanism being disposed on at least one wall of the battery cell; and a protective film enclosing an outer surface of the at least one wall, the protective film being configured to provide insulation protection for the at least one wall; where the protective film includes a first portion at least covering the pressure relief mechanism. Through technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application, insulation performance of a battery cell could be improved; meanwhile, deformation of a pressure relief mechanism could be suppressed, creep of the pressure relief mechanism could be reduced, and the service life of the pressure relief mechanism could be increased.
BATTERY CELL, BATTERY, POWER CONSUMPTION APPARATUS, METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING BATTERY CELL
Embodiments of the present application provide a battery cell, a battery, a power consumption apparatus, a method for producing a battery cell and an apparatus for producing a battery cell. The battery cell includes: a pressure relief mechanism, the pressure relief mechanism being disposed on at least one wall of the battery cell; and a protective film enclosing an outer surface of the at least one wall, the protective film being configured to provide insulation protection for the at least one wall; where the protective film includes a first portion at least covering the pressure relief mechanism. Through technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application, insulation performance of a battery cell could be improved; meanwhile, deformation of a pressure relief mechanism could be suppressed, creep of the pressure relief mechanism could be reduced, and the service life of the pressure relief mechanism could be increased.
ALL-SOLID-STATE BATTERY
The all-solid-state battery 1 includes: an exterior can 2 with a bottom 21; a seal can 3 having a flat portion 31 and facing the exterior can 2; and a power generation element 4 contained between the exterior can 2 and seal can 3, where at least one of the inner surface of the bottom 21 of the exterior can 2 and the inner surface of the flat portion 31 of the seal can 3 includes a recess-protrusion structure. The battery includes a conductive sheet 5 located between that one of the inner surfaces which includes the recess-protrusion structure and the power generation element 4, the conductive sheet having an ability to recover against a pressing force. The rate of recovery of the conductive sheet 5 against a pressing force is not lower than 7%.
ALL-SOLID-STATE BATTERY
The all-solid-state battery 1 includes: an exterior can 2 with a bottom 21; a seal can 3 having a flat portion 31 and facing the exterior can 2; and a power generation element 4 contained between the exterior can 2 and seal can 3, where at least one of the inner surface of the bottom 21 of the exterior can 2 and the inner surface of the flat portion 31 of the seal can 3 includes a recess-protrusion structure. The battery includes a conductive sheet 5 located between that one of the inner surfaces which includes the recess-protrusion structure and the power generation element 4, the conductive sheet having an ability to recover against a pressing force. The rate of recovery of the conductive sheet 5 against a pressing force is not lower than 7%.
ELECTRICAL STORAGE MODULE
An electrical storage module includes: an electrical storage device; a case in which an electrical storage device is housed; and a lid configured to cover an opening part of the case. The case includes a groove part at an outer periphery of the opening part, and the lid includes a rib configured to be inserted into the groove part. A sealing member is present between the rib and the groove part. The sealing member, in a state of having viscosity, is accommodated in the groove part, and then is cured, and the viscosity becomes low. The sealing member is an adhesive.
