Electrode lead wire member and battery
Provided are an electrode lead wire member including a sealing film having high adhesive strength and resistance to an electrolytic solution, and a battery including the electrode lead wire member. Provided is an electrode lead wire member including: a derivation portion extending in one direction; a surface-treated layer formed, at the derivation portion, on a surface of the derivation portion; and a sealing film provided in contact with the surface-treated layer, in which the sealing film has an adhesive resin layer in contact with the surface-treated layer, and the adhesive resin layer contains imine-modified polyolefin or modified polyolefin having a carbodiimide group.
Secondary Battery
A secondary battery includes an electrode assembly and an electrolyte that are inserted and injected into a pouch. An edge of the pouch is sealed to form a sealing portion. The secondary battery also includes a valve fixed to the sealing portion. The valve includes a body forming a passage having opened one end facing the inside of the pouch and provided with a chamber connected to the passage, wherein a discharge hole communicating with the outside is formed in the chamber. The valve also includes a gate seated on a hook protrusion forming a boundary between the passage and the chamber to open or close the passage. The valve also includes a spring mounted to apply elastic force in a direction in which the gate is closed.

A sealing film which seals between a metal first base and a second base, the sealing film including: a first adhesive layer that mainly contains an acid-modified polyolefin and adheres to the first base; a second adhesive layer that mainly contains a polyolefin and adheres to the second base; and a base material layer provided between the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer, in which the base material layer contains (A), (B), and (C), a ratio [(A)/(B)+(C)] is 90/10 to 20/80, a content percentage of (B) with respect to a total amount of (A), (B), and (C) is 5% by mass or more and 70% by mass or less, and a content percentage of (C) with respect to the total amount of (A), (B), and (C) is 5% by mass or more and 70% by mass or less.

A secondary battery includes a case that accommodates an electrode assembly including a plurality of first electrode plates coated with a first active material, a plurality of second electrode plates coated with a second active material, and a separator positioned between each of the first electrode plates and each of the second electrode plates; lead tabs connected to the first electrode plates and the second electrode plates, respectively, and protruding outside of the case; and a protection circuit board electrically connected to the lead tabs, wherein the protection circuit board includes a pad including a blank region and a cell seating region, the lead tabs are seated on the cell seating region, and the blank region is along an edge of the cell seating region.

A battery cell, a battery pack and an electronic device with improved durability by reducing bend-induced damage, whereby a battery cell includes at least two battery units, each including a plurality of electrode leads, an electrode assembly, an electrolyte solution and an inner pouch in which the electrode assembly and the electrolyte solution are received, wherein at least one of the plurality of electrode leads of one battery unit is inserted into the other battery unit and electrically connected to the electrode assembly, and an outer pouch including at least two receiving portions in which the at least two battery units are received respectively, and a bending portion in which a part of the plurality of electrode leads is disposed and a part between the at least two receiving portions is bent.

A battery cell, a battery pack and an electronic device with improved durability by reducing bend-induced damage, whereby a battery cell includes at least two battery units, each including a plurality of electrode leads, an electrode assembly, an electrolyte solution and an inner pouch in which the electrode assembly and the electrolyte solution are received, wherein at least one of the plurality of electrode leads of one battery unit is inserted into the other battery unit and electrically connected to the electrode assembly, and an outer pouch including at least two receiving portions in which the at least two battery units are received respectively, and a bending portion in which a part of the plurality of electrode leads is disposed and a part between the at least two receiving portions is bent.

A secondary battery includes an electrode assembly including a current collection tab protruding to one side; a case including a main body having an accommodating part accommodating the electrode assembly, and a cover covering the main body; and an electrode lead electrically connected to the current collection tab and drawn out of the case, wherein the current collection tab is bent twice, and a length of the current collection tab is twice a thickness of the electrode assembly.
