The top cover assembly includes an insulation cover plate, a metallic support plate, a terminal assembly, and an elastic seal. The metallic support plate and the insulation cover plate are stacked in a thickness direction. The terminal assembly passes through the insulation cover plate and the metallic support plate in the thickness direction to connect the insulation cover plate and the metallic support plate. The elastic seal surrounds a peripheral outside of the metallic support plate and the insulation cover plate. The elastic seal has a positioning flange provided on an inner peripheral surface thereof and is configured to be in a sealing fit with a housing of the cell. The positioning flange is sandwiched between the metallic support plate and the insulation cover plate.
TOP COVER ASSEMBLY OF CELL, CELL, AND POWER BATTERY
Provided are a top cover assembly of a cell, a cell, and a power battery. The top cover assembly includes an insulation cover plate, a metallic support plate, a terminal assembly, and an elastic seal. The metallic support plate and the insulation cover plate are stacked in a thickness direction. The terminal assembly passes through the insulation cover plate and the metallic support plate in the thickness direction to connect the insulation cover plate and the metallic support plate. The elastic seal surrounds a peripheral outside of the metallic support plate and the insulation cover plate. The elastic seal has a positioning flange provided on an inner peripheral surface thereof and is configured to be in a sealing fit with a housing of the cell. The embodiments of the present application provide a battery cell, a method and system for manufacturing a battery cell, a battery and an electrical device. The battery cell includes: an electrode assembly, including a first tab and a second tab with opposite polarities; a casing for accommodating the electrode assembly, wherein the casing includes a cylinder body and a cover body connected to the cylinder body, the cylinder body is disposed around an outer periphery of the electrode assembly, the cover body is provided with an electrode lead-out hole, and at least part of the cover body is used for electrically connecting a first connecting member of the battery and the first tab; and an electrode terminal for electrically connecting a second connecting member of the battery and the second tab.

The embodiments of the present application provide a battery cell, a method and system for manufacturing a battery cell, a battery and an electrical device. The battery cell includes: an electrode assembly, including a first tab and a second tab with opposite polarities; a casing for accommodating the electrode assembly, wherein the casing includes a cylinder body and a cover body connected to the cylinder body, the cylinder body is disposed around an outer periphery of the electrode assembly, the cover body is provided with an electrode lead-out hole, and at least part of the cover body is used for electrically connecting a first connecting member of the battery and the first tab; and an electrode terminal for electrically connecting a second connecting member of the battery and the second tab.
RECHARGEABLE BATTERY
A rechargeable battery includes: an electrode assembly including a first electrode, a second electrode, a separator between the first and second electrodes, and first and second electrode tabs respectively coupled to the first and second electrodes; a case accommodating the electrode assembly and coupled to the first electrode tab; and a cap assembly sealing an opening in the case. The cap assembly includes: a cap plate covering the opening in the case; and a terminal plate coupled to the cap plate. The terminal plate includes: a flange portion coupled to and electrically insulated from the cap plate; and a tab connecting portion protruding from the flange portion toward the electrode assembly and extending through a terminal opening in the cap plate to be coupled to the second electrode tab. The terminal plate has a flat outer surface, and the tab connecting portion has a flat inner surface.
Electrochemical Energy Storage Device
Disclosed is an electrochemical energy storage device, belonging to the technical field of electrochemical energy storage devices. The electrochemical energy storage device comprises: a cover plate (6), which comprises a lead-out column (61) and a fixation plate (62), wherein the lead-out column (61) is an electric conductor, the fixation plate (62) is an insulator, and the lead-out column (61) is fixed on the fixation plate (62) in a vertically penetrating manner; an outer housing (1), which is cylindrical, wherein an opening is provided at at least one end of the outer housing, and the fixation plate (62) is connected to the opening of the outer housing (1) in a sealed manner by means of a sealing ring (9); and a roll core (3), which is arranged at an inner cavity of the outer housing (1), wherein the roll core (3) is welded to a side face of the lead-out column (61) by means of an upper connection piece (4) to achieve electrically conductive connection, and connected in an electrically conductive manner to the other lead-out end of the outer housing (1) by means of a lower connection piece (2); and an upper roll edge (42) used for sheathing the roll core (3) is arranged at a periphery of the upper connection piece (4), and a periphery of the lead-out column (61) and the upper roll edge (42) of the upper connection piece (4) are fixed by means of side-face laser welding. The electrochemical energy storage device has the advantages that the internal resistance is small, the strength is high, the stability is good, and anti-vibration performance can be improved in the process of use.
CYLINDRICAL BATTERY
The cylindrical battery includes: an electrode body in which a positive electrode plate and a negative electrode plate are wound with a separator therebetween: an electrolyte; a bottomed cylindrical outer can that houses the electrode body and the electrolyte; and a sealing body that closes an opening of the outer can, wherein the sealing body includes a nipture plate that is caulked and fixed to the opening of the outer can with a gasket therebetween, and an external terminal that is not caulked and fixed to the opening of the outer can, the rupture plate has a valve part that is ruptured when an internal battery pressure rises, and the external terminal is fixed to an upper surface portion of a valve part.

The cylindrical battery includes: an electrode body in which a positive electrode plate and a negative electrode plate are wound with a separator therebetween: an electrolyte; a bottomed cylindrical outer can that houses the electrode body and the electrolyte; and a sealing body that closes an opening of the outer can, wherein the sealing body includes a nipture plate that is caulked and fixed to the opening of the outer can with a gasket therebetween, and an external terminal that is not caulked and fixed to the opening of the outer can, the rupture plate has a valve part that is ruptured when an internal battery pressure rises, and the external terminal is fixed to an upper surface portion of a valve part.

Embodiments of the application provide a battery cell, a manufacturing method and a manufacturing system therefor, a battery and an electric device. According to the embodiments of the application, the battery cell includes: an electrode assembly including a first electrode piece; a housing, configured to accommodate the electrode assembly and including an electrode lead-out portion; an adapter, configured to electrically connect the electrode lead-out portion and the first electrode piece. The first electrode piece is configured such that the first electrode piece is at least partially wound around the adapter and affixed to the adapter. The first electrode piece is wound around the adapter, such that a part of the first electrode piece can be affixed to the adapter by its own tension to ensure electrical connection between the first electrode piece and the adapter.
