Battery
A battery includes a battery cell and a terminal post. The first casing includes a first arc sidewall and a flat sidewall connected to the first arc sidewall and the first sidewall. The terminal post is disposed on the flat sidewall. Instead of disposing the terminal post on top of the battery, increased thickness of the battery due to the terminal post is avoided in the present disclosure. The internal space of an electrode device can be fully utilized. In addition, it can prevent the terminal post from occupying the top of the battery and decreasing the number of the electrode plates. Thus, the present disclosure can avoid the reduce of the number of the electrode plates and increase the energy density of the battery.
Secondary battery cell module and assembling method thereof
A method for assembling a secondary battery cell module by using an assembling jig including a plurality of guide rods disposed on a jig plate includes: mounting a lower frame on the jig plate while the guide rods are inserted into a plurality of arranging through-holes of the lower frame; disposing a plurality of battery cells on the lower frame; mounting an upper frame on the battery cells while the guide rods are inserted into a plurality of arranging through-holes of the upper frame; fastening the upper frame and the lower frame together; and separating the assembling jig from the upper frame and the lower frame.

BATTERY COVER ASSEMBLY AND CYLINDRICAL BATTERY
The present application provides a battery cover assembly and a cylindrical battery, the battery cover assembly includes an electrode post, a top cover and a sealing member. The electrode post includes a base plate portion, a boss portion on a side of the base plate portion, and a post portion on the boss portion. The top cover defines an assembly hole, the post portion extends through the assembly hole; the sealing member sleeves an outside of the post portion and abuts against the boss portion, the post portion and the top cover.

A battery can include an electrode assembly, a battery housing, a terminal and a cap. The electrode assembly can have a first electrode, a second electrode and a separator between the first electrode and the second electrode. Each of the first electrode and the second electrode can have a first portion including an active material corresponding to the separator, and a second portion exposed beyond the separator and not coated with the active material. The battery housing can have a first end with a first opening and a second end with a second opening opposite the first end. The terminal can be electrically connected to the second portion of the first electrode and exposed out of the battery housing through the first opening of the battery housing at the first end.

The first hindered group is bonded to a first substitution site of the phenol skeleton, and the second hindered group is bonded to a second substitution site of the phenol skeleton. Each of the first substitution site and second substitution site is adjacent to a substitution site of the phenol skeleton to which a phenolic hydroxy group is bonded. One of one or more tertiary carbon atoms in the first hindered group and one of one or more tertiary carbon atoms in the second hindered group are bonded to the first substitution site and the second substitution site, respectively.

A power storage device includes an electricity storage element, a case, and a sealing member which includes an elastic member. The elastic member contains an elastic polymer and a hindered phenol compound. The hindered phenol compound having a phenol skeleton includes a first hindered group and a second hindered group. The first hindered group is bonded to a first substitution site of the phenol skeleton, and the second hindered group is bonded to a second substitution site of the phenol skeleton. Each of the first substitution site and second substitution site is adjacent to a substitution site of the phenol skeleton to which a phenolic hydroxy group is bonded. One of one or more tertiary carbon atoms in the first hindered group and one of one or more tertiary carbon atoms in the second hindered group are bonded to the first substitution site and the second substitution site, respectively.
BATTERY ASSEMBLY AND PREPARATION METHOD, BATTERY AND ELECTRIC VEHICLE
Provided is a battery assembly, which includes a cover plate and a pole. The pole penetrates the cover plate and is fixed with the cover plate by riveting. For the battery assembly provided by the application, the pole and the cover plate are fixed by riveting. Compared with the fixing method of welding, it not only simplifies the fixing operation, improves the production efficiency, but also reduces the production cost. Also provided are a preparation method of a battery assembly, a battery and an electric vehicle.
