A device for manufacturing a battery cell according to one embodiment of the present disclosure includes a sealing tool that forms a sealing part on the outer peripheral surface of a battery case to which an electrode assembly is mounted, wherein the sealing tool comprises a sealing surface that is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the battery case, and wherein the sealing surface comprises a central surface and an inclined surface formed on at least one side of the central surface.

SECONDARY BATTERY
A secondary battery disclosed here includes; an electrode body; a battery case including a case body and a lid; an external terminal; and a gasket insulates the lid and the external terminal at an outer side of the battery case. The lid has an attachment hole to which the external terminal is attached. The external terminal includes a shaft inserted in the attachment hole and a head extending radially outward from one end of the shaft. The gasket includes a bearing portion disposed between a bottom surface of the head and the lid, and a side wall rising upward from the bearing portion. The head has a chamfered portion in which at least a part of as outer periphery of the bottom surface. A gap is formed between the chamfered portion and each of the bearing portion and the side wall.
SECONDARY BATTERY
A secondary battery disclosed here includes; an electrode body; a battery case including a case body and a lid; an external terminal; and a gasket insulates the lid and the external terminal at an outer side of the battery case. The lid has an attachment hole to which the external terminal is attached. The external terminal includes a shaft inserted in the attachment hole and a head extending radially outward from one end of the shaft. The gasket includes a bearing portion disposed between a bottom surface of the head and the lid, and a side wall rising upward from the bearing portion. The head has a chamfered portion in which at least a part of as outer periphery of the bottom surface. A gap is formed between the chamfered portion and each of the bearing portion and the side wall.

A rechargeable battery according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes: an electrode assembly which is charged with an electric current and discharged; a casing which accommodates therein the electrode assembly; a cap plate which is coupled to an opening of the casing; and an electrode terminal which is electrically connected to the electrode assembly and installed in a terminal hole of the cap plate, the electrode terminal including: a plate terminal which is disposed outside the cap plate and has a coupling hole; and a rivet terminal which is installed in the terminal hole and coupled to the coupling hole, and the plate terminal and the rivet terminal include torque resistance increasing portions which are formed at a coupling interface between the coupling hole and the rivet terminal and increase torque resistive force of the plate terminal with respect to a z-axis of the rivet terminal.

The present disclosure provides a cap assembly for a secondary battery, a secondary battery and a battery module. The cap assembly for the secondary battery includes a cap plate, a first electrode terminal, and a sealing member, wherein: the cap plate has an electrode lead-out hole; the first electrode terminal includes a first terminal board and a second terminal board connected with the first terminal board, wherein the first terminal board is located at a side of the second terminal board away from the cap plate, the second terminal board covers the electrode lead-out hole, and the material of the first terminal board and the material of the second terminal board have different base metals; the sealing member surrounds the electrode lead-out hole and is disposed between the cap plate and the first electrode terminal to seal the electrode lead-out hole.

A button cell and an electronic device relate to the technical field of batteries. The button cell includes a housing (10) and a cover assembly (20); the housing includes a bottom wall (11) and an annular side wall (12); the cover assembly includes a top cover (21) having a through hole at its central area and a conductive member (22) covering the through hole; an outer edge of the top cover (21) is welded with a top of the side wall (12) to form an accommodating chamber (101) for accommodating an electrode assembly (30) and an electrolyte; and the conductive member (22) is disposed on a side of the top cover (21) facing the accommodating chamber (101), and the electronic device includes the button cell.

A button cell and an electronic device relate to the technical field of batteries. The button cell includes a housing (10) and a cover assembly (20); the housing includes a bottom wall (11) and an annular side wall (12); the cover assembly includes a top cover (21) having a through hole at its central area and a conductive member (22) covering the through hole; an outer edge of the top cover (21) is welded with a top of the side wall (12) to form an accommodating chamber (101) for accommodating an electrode assembly (30) and an electrolyte; and the conductive member (22) is disposed on a side of the top cover (21) facing the accommodating chamber (101), and the electronic device includes the button cell.

The present disclosure discloses a top cover assembly of battery and top cover assembly, the top cover assembly comprising: a top cover having first recess on top surface, the first recess is provided around mounting hole; a terminal post penetrating mounting hole, first end of terminal post is limited to a side of top cover on which a bottom surface is located, second end of terminal post is higher than top surface of top cover; an upper plastic member provided on a side of top cover where top surface thereof is located and surrounding second end of terminal post to be connected to second end of the terminal post, the upper plastic member has a first boss on a bottom surface, the first boss is accommodated in the first recess, the bottom surface of the upper plastic member is connected to the top surface of the top cover.

A top cover assembly and a battery are disclosed. The top cover assembly has a cover, a pole and an upper plastic member. The cover is provided with a first installation through hole. The pole operatively penetrates the first installation through hole and an end of the pole is higher than an upper surface of the cover. The upper plastic member is integrally injection-molded on the cover and surrounding the pole.
