The battery pack includes a box body, a beam, a battery apparatus, and an electrical support base. The beam is disposed in the box body. The battery apparatus is disposed in the box body, and an electrical conductor is disposed on the battery apparatus. The electrical support base is disposed on the beam. The electrical conductor extends from the battery apparatus to the electrical support base and is connected to the electrical support base.

A wiring module to be attached to a plurality of power elements which store or generate power includes a bus bar connecting the power elements to each other or connecting the power element and a load to each other, an abnormality detection element detecting an abnormality of the power element, and an insulating protector holding the bus bar and the abnormality detection element. A battery module according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes: a housing receiving a plurality of battery cells and including a bottom plate and a lateral plate; and a connection board disposed at one end or both ends of the housing, wherein the connection board is bonded to the lateral plate. The lateral plate may include a plurality of bus bar supporting members, at least some among the plurality of bus bar supporting members having a hooking protrusion protruded upward. The connection board may include a hooking member having a hooking groove opened downward. Thus, the hooking protrusion may be inserted into the hooking groove in a state in which the connection board is bonded to the lateral plate.

A busbar for use in mechanically and electrically connecting components in a device or system. The busbar includes a plurality of conductors arranged to provide two opposed end portions and an intermediate portion, wherein each of the conductors has a plurality of intermediate extents that traverse the intermediate portion. The intermediate portion including: (A) an unfused segment where no intermediate extents of the conductors are fused together to form a single consolidated conductor, and (B) a fused segment that includes (i) a partial solidification zone where a majority of the intermediate extents of the conductors are fused together to form a partially solidified region that provides a single consolidated conductor, (ii) a full solidification zone where all of intermediate extents of the conductors are fused together to form a fully solidified region that provides a single consolidated conductor, and (iii) an unsolidified region where all of the intermediate extents of the conductors are not fused together.
