Battery module and battery pack
A battery module disposed in a battery pack includes a plurality of flat plate batteries that are stacked; a connection member having a connection member main body that has a plate-shape and disposed in parallel with the flat plate batteries in a stacking direction of the flat plate batteries; and insulation members disposed on side surfaces of the connection member main body in the stacking direction of the flat plate batteries. The connection member has two terminals, a first terminal of the two terminals is connected to a terminal of the flat plate batteries, and a second terminal is connected to a terminal of an adjacent battery module.
Terminal rail connector on battery stack sides for bus bar module removal
A battery pack assembly made up of a battery stack case housing a plurality of battery cells abutting each other is provided for powering a vehicle, such as an electric/hybrid vehicle, and/or a vehicle's electrical components. Each battery cell may be oriented such that their respective terminals alternate in polarity. The respective terminals of each battery cell may be shaped that the terminals frictionally engage a corresponding terminal connector on either side of the battery stack case, and disengage from a corresponding terminal easily. This allows individual battery cells to be replaced/removed without having to remove the entire battery stack.
Electrochemical cell
A battery includes a negative electrode body wound to be flat. The negative electrode body has a plurality of negative electrode main bodies arranged in a line in a negative electrode connection direction in a developed state, and at least one negative electrode connection portion connecting a pair of negative electrode main bodies adjacent in the developed state among the plurality of negative electrode main bodies. The at least one negative electrode connection portion is folded back such that the plurality of negative electrode main bodies overlap each other. A dimension of each of the plurality of negative electrode main bodies in the negative electrode connection direction decreases with separation from an outer end side negative electrode main body. A dimension of the at least one negative electrode connection portions in the negative electrode connection direction increases with separation from an inner end side negative electrode connection portion.
Electric batteries
The present invention relates to an electric battery (10). The electric battery (10) comprises plural battery cells (12), with each battery cell comprising a container. The container contains an electrochemical arrangement. Each battery cell (12) comprises positive and negative terminals of sheet form which extend from the electrochemical arrangement. The electric battery further comprises plural measurement arrangements (14), with each of the plural measurement arrangements being electrically coupled to each of two spaced apart locations on one of the positive and negative terminals of a respective one of the plural battery cells. Each of the plural measurement arrangements (14) is configured to measure potential difference between the two spaced apart locations.
Secondary battery
The present invention comprises: an electrode assembly in which a separator is interposed in between a first electrode and a second electrode; a case for accommodating the electrode assembly; a cap plate for sealing an opening at the upper end of the case, wherein a first terminal electrically connected to the first electrode of the electrode assembly is integrally formed with the cap plate; at least one stepped portion protruding upward from the cap plate; and a plate terminal arranged on the exterior of the cap plate, wherein the plate terminal is provided with, on a bottom part thereof, a recessed groove having a size and a depth corresponding to the size and the height of the stepped portion. A secondary battery, according to one embodiment of the present invention, is provided with the protruding stepped portion on the cap plate so that the terminal can be fixed so as to prevent shifting to the left or to the right.
Electronic equipment
An electronic device includes a cell, a circuit board, and a cell protection unit. The circuit board is provided in the electronic device and configured to control the electronic device. The circuit board is electrically coupled to the cell, and the cell protection unit is provided on the circuit board. The cell protection unit is integrated with the circuit board, so as to facilitate heat dissipation of the cell, prolong the service life of the cell, speed up the production cycle of the cell, and reduce the production cost of the cell.
BATTERY TOP COVER ASSEMBLY STRUCTURE
A battery top cover assembly structure includes a top cover sheet and an electrode column arranged thereon. The top cover sheet is provided with a mounting hole for mounting the electrode column. An insulating part and a plastic part are sleevedly arranged on the electrode column in sequence. The plastic part is embedded in a bottom of the mounting hole. A bottom of the electrode column is fixedly provided on a bottom surface of the plastic part.

NON-AQUEOUS ELECTROLYTE SECONDARY BATTERY
A non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery includes: an electrode assembly; a rectangular outer casing; a sealing plate; an electrode terminal on the sealing plate; a first current collector connected to the electrode terminal; a second current collector connected to the first current collector; and a tab group connected to the second current collector. The second current collector is a flat plate, and includes a fuse portion having a slit extending in a lateral direction of the flat plate. The tab group is connected to the second current collector at a position closer to one side in the lateral direction, and is bent at a connection portion with the second current collector such that the bent tab group extends parallel to the side wall. The fuse portion includes a portion with a large sectional area on the other side of the slit in the lateral direction.
Reusable pouch type secondary battery, battery module comprising the same and method of reusing battery module
A pouch type secondary battery in which an electrode lead of the pouch type secondary battery and an electrode lead of an adjacent different pouch type secondary battery are welded together to construct a battery module is provided. The electrode lead of the pouch type secondary battery includes a length extended part so that, after cutting a welded part of the electrode leads of the pouch type secondary battery and the adjacent different pouch type secondary battery to form electrode leads of remaining length, the electrode leads of remaining length are welded together again. A battery module and method of reusing the battery module are also provided.
