Embodiments of the present application provide a battery cell, a method and a system for manufacturing the battery cell, a battery, and an electrical device. The battery cell provided by the embodiments of the present application include: an electrode assembly comprising a first tab; a casing for accommodating the electrode assembly, the casing comprising a wall provided with an electrode lead-out hole; an electrode terminal mounted at the electrode lead-out hole; and a current collecting member positioned between the wall and the first tab and configured to connect the electrode terminal and the first tab. A first recess is provided at an end of the electrode terminal that faces the first tab, a side wall of the first recess is bent outward so that the electrode terminal is fixed to the wall, and the current collecting member is abutted against and connected to a bottom surface of the first recess.

A battery module is disclosed. The battery module includes a cell assembly including a plurality of battery cells, each of the plurality of battery cells including an electrode accommodation portion accommodating an electrode assembly, and an electrode lead protruding from the electrode accommodation portion and coupled to the electrode assembly; a module housing accommodating the cell assembly; a bus bar unit including a plurality of slits in which the electrode leads are inserted respectively, and a bus bar coupled to the electrode leads; and a guide member positioned between the electrode accommodation portion and the bus bar unit, the guide member including a plurality of openings through which the electrode leads pass.

A battery module is disclosed. A lithium ion secondary battery includes a pair of exterior films having outer edges bonded together in a stacked state to form an internal space, a battery body housed in the internal surface, a positive electrode tab terminal connected to the battery body in between the pair of exterior films and extending to an outside, and a negative electrode tab terminal connected to the battery body in between the pair of exterior films and extending to the outside. A method of manufacturing a secondary battery includes the following steps. An insertion portion of a negative-electrode terminal is inserted into a terminal connection hole that is formed in a first negative-electrode current collector and crimped on a tapered portion to form a crimped portion. A gap is formed between the crimped portion and the tapered portion. Energy rays are radiated toward at least one of the crimped portion and the tapered portion to melt the at least one of the crimped portion and the tapered portion such that a melted metal flows into the gap. The melted metal is solidified to form a solidified portion, and the negative-electrode terminal and the first negative-electrode current collector are joined to each other. The solidified portion has a recessed portion.

A terminal-equipped case member having an external terminal for electrically connecting an external device, which is fixed to a case body for housing an electronic component or a case member constituting a case lid attached to the case body, includes a base material made of metal that forms the case member; the external terminal inserted into a through hole formed through the base material; a sealing material formed of a first resin material that seals a gap between the external terminal and the base material; and a terminal adhesion layer. The external terminal and the sealing member are bonded to each other through the terminal adhesion layer formed of a second resin material with a higher adhesion to the external terminal than that of the first resin material.

A terminal-equipped case member having an external terminal for electrically connecting an external device, which is fixed to a case body for housing an electronic component or a case member constituting a case lid attached to the case body, includes a base material made of metal that forms the case member; the external terminal inserted into a through hole formed through the base material; a sealing material formed of a first resin material that seals a gap between the external terminal and the base material; and a terminal adhesion layer. The external terminal and the sealing member are bonded to each other through the terminal adhesion layer formed of a second resin material with a higher adhesion to the external terminal than that of the first resin material.

The present disclosure relates to a secondary battery and a method of manufacturing the secondary battery. The secondary battery includes: a case; an electrode assembly, accommodated in the case and including a main body and a tab connected to the main body; a cap plate, coupled to the case; an electrode terminal, located on an outer side of the cap plate and including a first metal layer and a second metal layer disposed one on top of another; and a current collecting member, connected between the tab and the electrode terminal.
