The present disclosure provides a battery core assembly, a battery, a battery pack, and a vehicle. The battery core assembly includes an encapsulation film and an electrode core assembly encapsulated in the encapsulation film. The electrode core assembly includes an electrode core assembly body and two electrode lead-out members of opposite polarities electrically connected to the electrode core assembly body. The electrode core assembly body includes at least two electrode cores connected in parallel. Each of the electrode cores includes an electrode core body and two tabs of opposite polarities that are electrically connected to the electrode core body. The electrode core assembly body further includes a tab support. The two electrode lead-out members are respectively electrically connected to one of the tab supports located two sides of the electrode core assembly body in a first direction.
THREE-DIMENSIONAL FOLDED BATTERY UNIT AND METHODS FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
One variation of a battery unit includes: a series of anode collectors; a set of anode electrodes including anode material arranged on both side of the anode collectors; a set of anode interconnects interposed between and electrically coupling adjacent anode collectors and folded to locate the anode collectors in a boustrophedonic anode stack; a series of cathode collectors; a set of cathode electrodes including cathode material arranged on both side of the cathode collectors; a set of cathode interconnects interposed between and electrically coupling adjacent cathode collectors and folded to locate the cathode collectors in a boustrophedonic cathode stack with cathode collectors interdigitated between anode collectors in the boustrophedonic anode stack; and a set of separators arranged between the anode and cathode electrodes and transporting solvated ions between the anode and cathode electrodes.
BATTERY, ELECTRONIC APPARATUS, AND BATTERY ASSEMBLING METHOD
A battery, including a packaging case and a cell assembly, where the packaging case includes a cover, and the cell assembly is provided in the packaging case. The battery further includes a first adapter which is connected to the cover. The cell assembly includes a first tab which protrudes outward from a side of the cell assembly. The first tab and the first adapter are electrically connected, and they are bent toward an outer surface of the cell assembly. In the foregoing battery, a connection structure of a tab has been changed to the outside of the cell assembly by using the first adapter, and the tab and the first adapter are directly bent to the outer surface of the cell assembly, simplifying connection and bending, and reducing operation difficulty.

To solve the above problem, a method for manufacturing a top insulator configured to be inserted into a case of a secondary battery, according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: preparing a top insulator fabric by applying a silicone rubber to at least one surface of a glass fiber fabric formed by crossing weft yarns and warp yarns of glass fiber raw yarns; and punching the top insulator fabric.

An electrode assembly includes a first electrode; a second electrode; and a separator, the first electrode, the second electrode, and the separator wound about an axis defining a core and an outer circumference of the electrode assembly. The first electrode has a pair of first sides and a pair of second sides, a first portion extending between the pair of first sides, and a second portion extending between the pair of first sides, the first portion being coated with an active material, and at least a part of the second portion includes an electrode tab. The second portion includes a first part adjacent to the core of the electrode assembly, a second part adjacent to the outer circumference of the electrode assembly, and a third part between the first part and the second part. The first or second part has a smaller height than the third part.

A chamfered portion is provided at least in a part of corner portions of the power generating element. The insulating member covers at least a part of the chamfered portion.
