The antenna system comprises an antenna component including a first multi-section antenna component comprising two sections, each comprising a conductive element. The matching network connected to the antenna system for impedance matching to a first frequency range. The radiating system operates in a frequency range of operation including the first frequency range, the first frequency range comprising a first highest frequency and a first lowest frequency. The first antenna component has a maximum size larger than 1/30 times and smaller than ⅕ times a free-space wavelength corresponding to the lowest frequency of operation. The conductive elements in the different sections of the first antenna component are spaced apart from each other.

Antenna bandwidth enhancement for an electronic device
Techniques are disclosed for configuring a broadband antenna system. An example electronic device includes a first antenna operating at a first frequency range and coupled to a first transceiver via a first signal path comprising a first indirect feed. The electronic device also includes a second antenna operating at a second frequency range and coupled to a second transceiver via a second signal path comprising a second indirect feed, wherein the first frequency range is lower than the first frequency range. The electronic device also includes a third antenna operating at the second frequency range and coupled to a third transceiver via a second signal path comprising a third indirect feed. Additionally, the first antenna is coupled to the first antenna and the second antenna by a capacitive coupling element.
Antenna bandwidth enhancement for an electronic device
Techniques are disclosed for configuring a broadband antenna system. An example electronic device includes a first antenna operating at a first frequency range and coupled to a first transceiver via a first signal path comprising a first indirect feed. The electronic device also includes a second antenna operating at a second frequency range and coupled to a second transceiver via a second signal path comprising a second indirect feed, wherein the first frequency range is lower than the first frequency range. The electronic device also includes a third antenna operating at the second frequency range and coupled to a third transceiver via a second signal path comprising a third indirect feed. Additionally, the first antenna is coupled to the first antenna and the second antenna by a capacitive coupling element.
HEARING DEVICE INCORPORATING CONFORMAL FOLDED ANTENNA
A hearing device adapted to be worn by a wearer comprises a shell configured for placement on an exterior surface of an ear of the wearer. The shell comprises a first end, a second end, a bottom, a top, and opposing sides, wherein the bottom, top, and opposing sides extend between the first and second ends. Circuitry is provided within the shell comprising at least a microphone, signal processing circuitry, radio circuitry, and a power source. A folded antenna is coupled to the radio circuitry and extends longitudinally along one of the bottom and the top and along the opposing sides between the first and second ends. The folded antenna encompasses at least some of the circuitry and forms an elongated gap between the opposing sides. The elongated gap faces the other of the bottom and the top.
HEARING DEVICE INCORPORATING CONFORMAL FOLDED ANTENNA
A hearing device adapted to be worn by a wearer comprises a shell configured for placement on an exterior surface of an ear of the wearer. The shell comprises a first end, a second end, a bottom, a top, and opposing sides, wherein the bottom, top, and opposing sides extend between the first and second ends. Circuitry is provided within the shell comprising at least a microphone, signal processing circuitry, radio circuitry, and a power source. A folded antenna is coupled to the radio circuitry and extends longitudinally along one of the bottom and the top and along the opposing sides between the first and second ends. The folded antenna encompasses at least some of the circuitry and forms an elongated gap between the opposing sides. The elongated gap faces the other of the bottom and the top.
ANTENNA ASSEMBLY AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
Provided is an antenna assembly and an electronic device. The antenna assembly includes the following. A first antenna including a first radiator and a first signal source electrically connected to the first radiator. A second antenna including a second radiator and a third radiator, one end of the second radiator is spaced apart from one end of the first radiator with a first coupling gap, and the other end of the second radiator is spaced apart from one end of the third radiator with a second coupling gap. The first radiator is configured to generate at least one resonant mode under excitation of the first signal source, and a part of the second radiator that is close to the second coupling gap is configured to generate at least one resonant mode under excitation of the first signal source through coupling of the first radiator.
ANTENNA ASSEMBLY AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
Provided is an antenna assembly and an electronic device. The antenna assembly includes the following. A first antenna including a first radiator and a first signal source electrically connected to the first radiator. A second antenna including a second radiator and a third radiator, one end of the second radiator is spaced apart from one end of the first radiator with a first coupling gap, and the other end of the second radiator is spaced apart from one end of the third radiator with a second coupling gap. The first radiator is configured to generate at least one resonant mode under excitation of the first signal source, and a part of the second radiator that is close to the second coupling gap is configured to generate at least one resonant mode under excitation of the first signal source through coupling of the first radiator.
ANTENNA TUNING CIRCUIT
An antenna tuning circuit is disclosed. The antenna tuning circuit is configured to make multiple estimates on an antenna impedance at an antenna port and determine an optimum tuning state for antenna tuning based on the antenna impedance estimates. The antenna tuning circuit may be further configured according to various embodiments of the present disclosure to minimize impedance estimation error, reduce magnitude and/or phase disturbance during antenna tuning, and extrapolate antenna impedance estimates for both transmit and receive frequencies. As a result, the antenna tuning circuit can accomplish autonomous antenna tuning optimization to thereby improve transmit and receive performance in a wireless communication device.
ANTENNA TUNING CIRCUIT
An antenna tuning circuit is disclosed. The antenna tuning circuit is configured to make multiple estimates on an antenna impedance at an antenna port and determine an optimum tuning state for antenna tuning based on the antenna impedance estimates.
