TERMINAL-EQUIPPED ELECTRIC WIRE AND CONNECTOR-EQUIPPED ELECTRIC WIRE
It is an object to provide a technique with which the length of a portion of a terminal-equipped electric wire disposed in a cavity of a connector housing can be shortened. A terminal-equipped electric wire including: a coated electric wire including a conductor core wire and an insulation coating that covers the conductor core wire; a joint terminal connected to the conductor core wire; a connector terminal to be connected to a partner terminal; a single-core relay conductor in which one end thereof is connected to the joint terminal and another end thereof is connected to the connector terminal; and a sealing member that covers an intermediate portion of the relay conductor. A wire barrel of the joint terminal is crimped to the conductor core wire and the relay conductor at the same position in a longitudinal direction of the joint terminal.
Terminal fitting and method of manufacturing wire with terminal
A wire connection part of a terminal fitting includes: a barrel piece which is caulked while covering a tip end of a wire, thereby being crimped to the wire; a serration part formed on an inner surface of the barrel piece and connected to a core of the wire; and a water stop part mounted on the inner surface of the barrel piece to close a gap with the wire. A projecting piece mounted anterior to the serration part to position a tip end of the core is mounted to the barrel piece. The tip end of the core is positioned by the projecting piece, whereby the positional deviation of the wire can be prevented.
Electrical Plug Connector and Method for Assembling an Electrical Plug Connector
A connector includes a housing defining a first receiving space and a second receiving space, a conductive electrical connecting element arranged in the second receiving space, a retaining element engaging around at least portions of the electrical connecting element and a contact-securing insert arranged in the first receiving space. The conductive electrical connecting element includes a contact sleeve adapted to connect to a contact pin, and an electrical contact adapted to connect to an electrical conductor. The contact-securing insert fixing the electrical connecting element and the retaining element within the housing in an axial direction of the electrical connecting element.
Pane having an electrical connection element
A pane having an electrical connection element, said pane having: a substrate; an electrically conductive structure in a region of the substrate; and a connection element in a region of the electrically conductive structure, the connection element containing at least a chromium-containing steel. The connection element has a region which is crimped about a connecting cable and connected to the electrically conductive structure by means of a solder.
TERMINAL MEMBER AND CONNECTOR
A connector has a fixing hole in an intermediate portion of a terminal member, and has an engagement portion projecting downward in a thickness direction, at an end portion at a front end side of the fixing hole. Therefore, when the terminal member is attached to a housing, movement of the terminal member toward a rear end side can be restricted by fitting a projection portion of the housing into the fixing hole. Furthermore, since the engagement portion is provided to the terminal member, movement of the terminal member toward the rear end side can be restricted by engaging the engagement portion with a front end surface of a protrusion portion of the housing.
SHIELDED ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE PATH
The objective of the present invention is to prevent a deterioration in communication performance A shielded electrically conductive path (A) is provided with a shielded terminal (25) including an inner conductor (26), and an outer conductor (28) enclosing the inner conductor (26), a shielded electric cable (10) including a core wire (12) affixed to a rear end portion of the inner conductor (26), a braided wire (15) enclosing the core wire (12), and a sheath (18) enclosing the braided wire (15), and a sleeve (20) attached to the outer circumference of a front end portion of the sheath (18), wherein, in the front end portion of the shielded electric cable (10): the braided wire (15) extending from a front end (18F) of the sheath (18) is folded back toward the rear to cover the outer circumference of the sleeve (20); a crimping portion (30) of the rear end portion of the outer conductor (28) is crimped to the sleeve (20) while enclosing the outer circumference of a folded back portion (17) of the braided wire (15); and a front end (20F) of the sleeve (20) is positioned forward of the front end (18F) of the sheath (18) in the front-rear direction.
Grounding clamp with lateral anti-twist protection
A grounding clamp includes a plate having a first and second opposite longitudinal edges extending in a first direction, and first and second opposite transverse edges extending perpendicularly to the longitudinal edges in a second direction. First and second cable fastening region extend along the first and second transeverse edges, respectively, and are configured to fasten and electrically contact first and second cables to the plate, respectively. An opening is arranged between the cable fastening regions for inserting a fastener. An arm extends from the first or second longitudinal edge in the second direction so that the arm runs parallel to the first and/or second cable fastening region. A tab extends at a free end of the arm parallel to the first and/or second longitudinal edge and perpendicularly to a plane of the plate in a direction of an underside of the plate.
Connecting structure for bus bar and electrical wire
A connecting structure uses a crimp terminal to connect a bus bar and an electrical wire together. The crimp terminal includes a bus bar-connecting section to be crimped to the bus bar, and an electrical wire-connecting section to be crimped to an end of the electrical wire. At least one of the bus bar-connecting section and the electrical wire-connecting section is provided with an oxide film breaking means for breaking an oxide film on the bus bar or a core wire on the end of the electrical wire.
GROUND TERMINAL FITTING
It is aimed to provide a ground terminal fitting suitably connectable to each of various wires. A ground terminal fitting includes a bolt fastening portion (10) to be bolted to a ground part and a wire connecting portion (20) to be connected to an end part of a wire (30). The bolt fastening portion (10) and the wire connecting portion (20) are coupled after being separately formed. According to this configuration, since the wire connecting portion (20) can be formed of an optimal material into an optimal shape, the wire connecting portion can be suitably connected to each of various wires (30).
ELECTRIC CONNECTOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME
By a simple configuration, contact members can be well retained with a housing in a mutually opposed state, and productivity can be improved. When the contact members in the mutually opposed state are to be attached to the housing, a contact retainer prepared by molding in advance is used by disposing the contact retainer in part of the contact opposed region. As a result, the contact members are stably retained in the mutually opposed state even in injection molding molds. Even in a case in which the contact members normally cannot be retained in the mutually opposed state in the injection molding molds, the housing and the contact members can be integrally molded by well retaining the contact members in the mutually opposed state by using the contact retainer and a contact retainer auxiliary and executing an injection molding process.
